I attached my ski pass and i don’t see data. Cumbersome registration process. App completely useless

I cannot believe how bad this app is. And the prices are absolutely astronomical. Yet the app is a disaster! And there is no alternative - I guess that is why they could care less about it…

I loved the app. Used it all the time during my ski trips, but for some reason you’re not able to change the language settings to English anymore. It’s not user friendly for non Italian speaking users anymore.

I Only use it once a year.
And then it is not working.
Cannot buy the season skipass. The system gives an error

All of a sudden everything is in Italian while I selected English. Please test your app because now it’s useless and I really liked the challenges!

How can a resort like this make such an app? Sign in with Apple dienst even work…

There is a language selector on the bottom of the page which is mostly hidden by the cookie-question wheras a lot of pages come up in italian language (and I need english!). Happily someone in badia on the station helped me out. Advice you strongly to put the language selector on the top of the first page (which is quite standard) and test the pages accordingly.

The tracking function is still not working properly. The tracking will stop at a random moment during a session. Very annoying. Also it makes the whole badges functionality less fun because a lot of the badges require tracking.
In general a rather poor app eventhough clearly a lot of money has been put into it.

I have indicated in my profile that I want to use the app in English, but it continues in Italian nevertheless. Makes the app useless for me. How hard can it be?

When even the stewards in Wolkenstein/ Selva don’t know how to handle the problems with downloading the greenpass, it’s about time to improve this app. Also very poor registration of daily runs. In 6 days just one adequate registration.

Deze app heb je nodig om elke dag ! je skipas opnieuw te activeren. Ze denken namelijk dat als je gisteren gevaccineerd bent, dat je dat dan de volgende dag misschien niet meer bent

App keeps crashing so no green pass possible. Badges are not updates and I miss a map to see where you have been skiing

All my tracks from this week are gone! I did the sella ronda, yet did not get the badge for 3 different resorts!

I never installed the app till some days ago because I had to fill too many personal details and due to the many one-star reviews here. Main reason for installing it recently was to validate the ski pass every day. When doing that yesterday, I received a pop-up with a clearly important message that starts with “Attenzione”. But I have no clue what it states because, like so many things here, it’s only in Italian language. Can you make the app truely multilingual please?

Als je inlogt met je Apple account dan werkt het goed. Via de app op je telefoon.
Ga je naar je laptop en log je in met je Apple account ja echt waar werkt het niet moet je een ander account aanmaken.
Vervolgens krijg je een link via E-mail om je account te activeren. Kan niet via Google Chrome alleen met Explore of Edge.

Never got an app on which (clearly) lots of money has been spent, which such a useless crappy and unfriendly experience. Everything I tried to use is garbage. SHAME ON YOU who stole the money and delivered this piece of CRAP!

Same experience as other people.
There is a map but it stays very unclear where is ‘home’, how to get somewhere, what’s high what’s low (I like ViewRanger with a ski map much better).
Strange you are asked to register, no benefit for me.
I did record a ski track. After 1 hour 45 minutes my iPhone was completely dead. Thank you developers! Not happy with that at all, now I can’t even phone my friends anymore on the slopes.
