Since the last update, the app freezes at the start screen after I press the icon. Sometimes (!) if I switch to another app and then back, the app then continues and opens normally. If I long press the app icon and choose one of the options, the app opens to the chosen option. But it hangs consistently at the start screen when I press the app icon.

Great app, would be the greatest app if the data of multiple games a day would be visible.

I am in Europe and for some reason can’t load the app in my mobile or TV. Of course i called and nobody is available to assist. Once again MLB Tv let the fans down. Incredible!

For a institution like MLB money shouldn’t be a problem to fix the majority of the app. Yes you can watch games, scores, and stats, but the UX needs to get way more attention. Hide scores, only working in some areas of the app, game 5 of this world series 2024 not even able to watch through the app (it plays game 4). Way to many menu’s in menu’s, to many steps.

This app is usually one of the best sports app. But since i updated to the latest version i haven’t been able to access box scores of the games other than the team that’s hitting at the moment. Cant access summary or anything else that’s not just whatever comes first as soon as you click on the game.

Bug
- seeing the schedule of my team or other teams doesn't work
- seeing results of more than 3 days ago or all games scheduled 3 days in advance doesnt work
UX
- really liked the ability to see the news of all teams. Now I have to select teams one by one to see their news. I believe in previous versions you would see news of the teams that won or if something interesting happened. It is good now that you can filter what type of news you want to see but there be a filter for all

My app was installed and automatically was set on Spanish, I have no idea how to turn it off.

Since the start of the 2024 season I’m not able to watch live games. I have a valid subscribtion, supported iPad with iPadOS 17.5 but no games to watch! When games are archieved, there’s no problem. Next to this, same complain as many have outside US….change time settings for Europe back to the way it was. It sucks at the moment. For the record, I’ve no problems watching live games on my Andriod phone….

Over here in Europe it’s a mess now, especially with the west coast games (they are shown at the wrong, European dates). It used to be the best app ever, but for the scores it’s almost impossible to use now

The app is good and provides a lot of information. There are two features though that are lacking and impact the experience significantly:
- can’t set the time zone; in Europe the games are shown at their starting time in Europe. As a result, Saturday’s (early) games are shown on Saturday and partially (late games) on Sunday with the early games of Sunday. All it needs is the option to use a set time zone or adjust to local time zone.
- browsing to the next or previous news article by simply swiping left and right isn’t possible anymore. Please reactivate.

Flawless in my experience. Pay-per-game-option would be a great addition as a San Diego faithful living in the Netherlands (9 hours time difference).

I love watching baseball, but it just seems that whoever made this app update, doesn’t know how it’s being used by the actual users. Takes me 5 minutes each day to find what I’m looking for.

I’m from holland and I use to wath all the games ,what I have pay for, but in the last year and this year I see that some of the games are going thru apple tv what I have not pay for.
So I can’t see this games.
This is not fair because I have pay to see all the games.

It takes too many steps to get to the box scores and live stats. Annoying as it used to be much more intuitive in the previous app that was great for years

Geweldige app voor echte MLB-fans. Je kunt voor een zeer schappelijk jaarbedrag alle (en meerdere tegelijk) wedstrijden live volgen in zowel beeld als geluid en ziet gelijk alle statistieken en nieuws. Super! (Enige nadeel is dat je sinds vorig jaar de play-offs en World Series niet kunt kijken in NL omdat ESPN de rechten heeft. Maar dan moet je dus naar Nederlands commentaar luisteren en dat is niet altijd een feest…

Selling a subsriction "covering live MLB games from Spring Training to the World Series" but then also selling the game off to Peacock and Apple TV knowing they can 't be viewed by your subscribers and putting the cherry on the cake by blacking out the entire post season including the World Series.
Racketeering plain and simple or am I to be refunded?

Suddenly comes up with blackout restrictions. Very disrespectful to change possibilities mid-season for subscribers who paid €150. Don’t subscribe if you live in NL and want to watch postseason.
Have been enjoying these games for seven years, but I will be spending my money on something else next year.
