Met zo hotels in Nederland zal t voor vele makkelijker maken als er de optie is om
De Nederlandse taal te kiezen in de app. Dit zal het boeken voor vele makkelijker maken!

The app is still not working on my not rooted standard Google Pixel 8 Pro phone. I can only use the app on my iPad.

Every single time I stay at a former SPG property - I wish for SPG to come back…. Even after so many years of being owned by Marriott - by far the worst loyalty program and hotel chain on the planet. Save your hard earned money and spend it with Hyatt or Hilton.

Fijne app die je reserveringen toont. Alleen vreemd dat ons laatste verblijf in Hotel Protea Franschhoek uit de app is verdwenen. Heeft er 5 maanden in gestaan en nu niets meer te vinden. Ook het hotel snapt er niets van.

How to get the bill? No contact email of the hotel, not in the app, how can you make this so customer unfriendly? Please ! Make the bill available automatically in the app! How logical to build this……..

Again the narrow minded from the US think that is the only country in the world and make you need to enter useless entries and also error out on them if you do not adhere to that narrow-minded thinking.

As hotel guest I need to protect my data on unsecured hotel WiFi networks. Unbelievable that Marriott doesn’t support VPN connection to protect my privacy.

Mobile key NEVER works. Or it works for one day, and always, on the most critical moment, it stops working. Or it works in your room but not at the gym.
Truly an absolute mess. It doesn’t matter if it’s on a MOXY or on a Ritz, it’s always an awful experience.

Work really well, only my app it’s in Arabic and I can’t change it to English! Maybe someone can help me

My stay at Marriott hotel Marina in Dubai was fabulous. Very good service and quality, rooms are great an clean. All people are very willing to help you if needed. So great stay and see you next time, thanks for now.

Good app, but needs to be modify.
You can not see your reservation.
Only at the hotel can they link your reservation to your account.
You cannot change your personal information. You must contact customer service for this.

Can no longer open the app. Keep getting an error about a security issue, after which the app closes by itself. No joy after several uninstall/ reinstall attempts , hence now given up. Fix it or loose it.

De app is overzichtelijk en makkelijk te gebruiken en maakt boeken etc veel makkelijker en sneller. Alla functies zijn fijn.

For some reason I get the app in German and can’t get it changed. Tried a few times when reinstalling, but didn’t succeed. So app deleted again.

Ik vind het een goede app, snelle service, goed overzicht, heldere communicatie. Alles op een plek en een helder overzicht voor je puntjes.

Makkelijke app, voor het boeken bij mooie hotels. Daar heb je onze vrienden van b….com niet voor nodig.
