Was goed, na versie 4.0 waardeloos. Geen taal meer te kiezen, slechte navigatie stem

With the latest update, I still can’t get the app to say it’s connected to my 990 RCr, the phones does connect fine via Bluetooth but the app does recognise this

Helaas kun je wel een update geven maar als je nog steeds niet kan koppelen met je display dan heeft dit allemaal weinig nut.
Wanneer komt de update koppeling met scherm SAR 1390

Echt een gemiste kans dit. Leuke opzet maar verder weinig efficiënt. Erg jammer had wel mooi geweest als de navigatie bijvoorbeeld echt had gewerkt.? Is op de display van de super duke niet uit te lezen.

When it work it is OK. Free version already can be used for normal navi, payed version some extra options. But…if it works. Functions don’t respond, it looses connection just like that. On a foreign trip, trusted the app, to loose all navigation just in the busy area of London, and couldn’t get it connected anymore. Next day suddenly worked again, without any reason. This needs more development, or should better not be offered at all.

App basically adds zero functionality to my bike. Basic navigation starts at 11 euros or so and the “premium” is 5 euros per month. There is nothing else on offer. Just pay for Calimoto for a much better experience and get a carplay unit of aliexpress. This app is a waste of KTMs resources.

I also bought the MyRide which stopped working without warning. Now I have to pay €10,99 for the same features in the new app. It doesn’t matter that it is not expensive, this is making money the wrong way. I noticed this before when my KTM broke down and the Dutch importer told me they had no budget to repair it! My next bike is not a KTM anymore.

Why 12$ a month just ask a one time fee. The app stopped working after literally 5 min.

I don't use the app a lot, but when i wanted to use the app it wouldn’t connect to my 1290 anymore. Tried everything. No navigation in display possible.

The app no longer works on my KTM it won’t connect to my motorcycle .. I have tried all kinds of things along with my dealer .. I have a Apple phone so I don’t know if that’s a issue however when I pay for an app and a expensive motorcycle I expect things to work .. saying you have a improved app and navigation on the latest model is a poor boast of it doesn’t work .. angry to say the least

I paid for the previous app. They removed the old app. And now i have to pay again to use it for simpel navigation..!? No way.

Paid €9 (which is not a lot tbh) for MyRide, which stopped working all of a sudden. Now paid €10,99 (still not a lot) for the exact same features in this app. That is pure theft… Apart from that, the app is OK for basic navigation and handles well on the bike itself. Curvy roads takes deeper pockets, as it requires a €6/m subscription.

My Duke 390 has support for ‘KTM My ride’ but this app has been removed from the store. KTMconnect is supposed to be the replacement but there is no way to connect to my 390 Duke.
Please add support for the 390 Duke or make the old app available again, thanks.

How come my turn to to turn navigation does not work? The rest of My ride works just fine on my 2020 superduke R

Dear KTM, I had payed 8,99 before for the ktm my ride app wich is now useless. Do I really need to pay again 8,99 and maybe later again when you decide to make a new app. I want to know this because I feel like getting ripped of

Dear Developers, the description says this is for KTM’s from 2021 onwards. I have a 2021 KTM. Why does the app then say my bike’s VIN number is not recognised? Sort this out. You are basically giving KTM - a motorcycle manufacturer - a bad name. @ KTM: are you aware of this?
Additional response to developers - I agree your description needs to be updated, but you also need to state clearly which KTM motorbikes are supported. I have a 2021 KTM SuperAdventure S, which does support navigation connection. And, I’m the motorbike list the bike is there, albeit the 2022 model (which is effectively the same as the 2021 model). Just makes additions to the apps motorbike database). Yes?

Wat is het nut van deze app?
Ik heb SAS 1290 MY2021 en wordt niet ondersteund? Ik gooi de app er weer af, zonde van mijn tijd!
