Ok, I'll admit it is all a bit 'American', but the juices are really great and the instructions very easy. I use the videos to help me make the shakes. Shoppinglist is easy too. He also explains what each shake/smoothie/shot does. Good investment!

If you are looking for some guidance for your juice fasting period this is the perfect app. Great juices, great variety and balance.

If you want to make a change, buy this app. This could be if you want a healthier lifestyle and/or lose weight. Watch the coachingsvideo's, it will help you and also use the grocerylist because you will need to buy a lot of veggies/fruits! I am doing my second week as of today (doing 5-2) and lost almost 4 kg in the first week :) and I never felt better.

The app and the enthusiasm have ok content and contribute.
Yet, why the failing shopping-list is not repaired since the launch is annoying. Please FIX
