Instories: AI Photo & Video

You buy a pro subscription! Well that’s not enough you have to buy another one. I did and payed an extra of €17 and when i want to generate i have to pay €50,- extra. FAKEE

Ze verlengen automatisch! En dan ben je zo 34,99 kwijt! Let goed op, je krijgt dit ook bij resolutie niet terug. Zal dit niet doen!

I bought the app but still have to pay for everything! This week I used it once and now I can’t do anything anymore or have to buy extra options. I want my money back!

Wat een slechte app ! Maak je een filmpje met AI zeg de app duurt 3 min na 10 min nog niks ! Maar wel AI Credits afschrijven en dan heb je betaald voor een maand moet je bij sommige dingen nog weer een pro lidmaatschap hebben ! Mijn tip niet kopen

I used to use this app a lot, now you cannot try new templates without paying more

I signed up for the free trial of the Instories app, curious to see if it would offer something new. After using it for just one day, I realized the app didn’t add any real value beyond what I already do with my current tools. I canceled my subscription within the free trial period, expecting that no charge would be made.
To my surprise, I was still charged for a full year’s subscription, and there was absolutely no option to request a refund. I double-checked my account and the app store settings, but nothing helped. Customer support was unresponsive or unhelpful, and I feel completely misled.
This is a very poor user experience and feels like a trap: offering a "free" trial that ends up costing you over €XX without warning. I cannot recommend Instories to anyone based on this experience.

Want to try out the ai features so that’s why i tried the free trial and then you have to upgrade for 85 euro… So fake

If you want to the fun stuff you have to pay xtra ofcourse. Didn ‘t read that before i bought it.

Be aware although it says you have a two or three day trial they instantly charge you 82 euros for the app without your permission. Reported to apple

I paid for App for a year, but I still have to pay separately for each video. If new items appear, you also have to pay separately. It's funny, I paid for the app and can't watch the video options.

I had to pay for a subscription to make reels, just to find out after, that a lot of the features don’t work unless I get an extra upgrade to pay even more each month. What a disgrace. When I took the subscription it advertised with all the features that are actually not available to me now.

The app keeps being frozen or days and I am not able to edit anything. Also it keep unfolding extra cost for each feature. Not trustworthy.

First it was possible to use make instant reels with the cheapest (9,99 is not “that” cheap) plan and now you have to pay 19,99. I will not be using this anymore

Very disappointed with this app. Doesn’t help me with what I want to do. Boring stuff and we can’t even access the AI option, as not included, whereas I joined to have this. Not recommended

Not good. A lot of error. Instant story maker does not work. Saved concepts are gone or not working anymore. Horrible app.

It’s so strange that the Reels you want to make, when the project almost finished start to swipe away and it says failed and must try again! It’s very annoying!

I have paid for a subscription, but the app crashes all the time now! This is time consuming.
