Hayu: Reality TV Streaming

App always crashes and many times while streaming to my tv gets error when going to the next episode.

Absolutely LOVE the content! Been watching housewives for a long time and happy to have finally found an app where I can watch all the franchises in one place! The only thing I have to say that I would love to see improve in the future is the ability to add multiple accounts so I can create one for my family and friends so we can all enjoy the housewives goodness!

This app sucks paid 7 euro for a subscription but couldnt watch anything dont recommend

Honestly, I love all the shows on Hayu but there are so many bugs with the app. For example I renewed my subscription, but it doesn’t come true and it keeps saying I should renew even after I already paid for my subscription renewal.. thats really frustrating and happens a lot.

I have experienced multiple times that I download some episodes on my iPad for during a flight. On the airport, I check (already in airplane mode), they're still there. I board my flight. I open the app, all my downloads are gone. It's so bad

Ik probeer al maanden in te loggen of me opnieuw aan te melden, maar ik blijf een rare foutmelding krijgen. Balen, want ik kijk graag Bravo shows.

Love the content but HATE the app. 1: it never remembers that I watch RHONY or even what season I’m on. 2: the subtitles of any RH show are out of sync or gone half the time. 3: now it keeps crashing anytime I try to watch Love Hotel now that I’m halfway through the season. 4: it’s algorithms just don’t make any sense and 5: THIS QUALITY IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE PRICE WERE PAYING. YUCK. SHAME ON YOU HAYU.

The app is terrible to use since it crashes every day. Now I can’t even start it up again. It would be great if we can watch the shows via the site instead of the app on apple devices. The app just doesn’t work on apple devices in Europe.

Nothing ever works, errors you never thought possible, same errors again and again and again… and again and when that error gets fixed, immediately you are met with another error. But hey need the real housewives

On my phone I haven’t been able to log in for months. On my tv it works fine. But when I log in on my phone it says something about a Twitter account not existing.

Content is great however there are plenty of issues with this app that should be resolved. Somehow I only see an image and zero information about what season or episode I’m watching. No description about episodes that used to be there but are no longer visible. Subtitles are totally out of sync and not syncing at all when using Apple TV.

With the new update, suddenly the episodes keep pausing over and over without me pausing it.
Also, it’s a shame you cannot stream it with a chromecast.

I cannot stream to my chromecast. It used to work but not anymore. Can you fix this?

The app either does not load/open and when it does after selecting a show it freezes again and only shows a black screen with the Hayu logo. Please fix!

For 4 years, I’ve struggled with this app. Downloads are the worst function ever. Please improve this feature.

I’ve been complaining about the not in synch subtitles for I think 7 years now and Hayu still hasn’t resolved this issue. Unbelievable. How hard can this be? Just ridiculous.

Hi i’m from holland and i used always watch a show on prime but since it moved to hayu i can’t watch it anymore i tried to sign up but i can’t get a account.

Shows are great, the selection is fun, but the app is terrible. Randomly crashes and isn’t functioning for hours. Delayed subtitles and wiped all my downloads on a long car ride. Half the time the app doesn’t even open or the shows won’t load.
