I have a paid subscription but since today I have no acces to the priveleges that comes with the paid subscription. For example “my likes” are not available and blurred out.
@happn please sort this out! You are not delivering the service I paid for!

This app banned my account RIGHT AWAY after I JUST created an account, especially when I didn’t even do anything that against the rules! WTF! Can this app’s AI system be smart as human that can distinguish real people (human) and AI people after already even made a selfie prove?

Na de laatste update is mijn premium ineens weg. Maar er wordt nog wel geld afgeschreven!

Since a recent update you can no longer go to the map and quickly remove the uninteresting ones with a click on the X. Now you first have to click on every single account to do that. I will delete the app if this is not turned back.

My account got blocked for no reason and CS responded hours later saying it was unlocked. However, this wasn’t true. I emailed them again and got no response. Therefore, I proceed to deleting this app for wasting my time (creating profile, making me pay to see who liked me, etc) and the bad customer service experience. Additionally, I met my ex here

All recent selfies that I uploaded today are mirrored/reversed after uploading. This makes me look strange, please fix!

It’s funny. A week ago I had 98 people who liked me. Now a week later I get a message 11 new people liked me, but it’s still on 98… lol!
I have to report this. Happn response to everyone to send a email. I did with this problem and after a month I still don’t recieve any answer.
It’s just a joke.

I have a premium account and already contacted happn two times (by email) that the map function isn’t working… one month later, payed for my premium account offcourse, but the map function is still not working.. waste of your money!

I paid for a 3-month subscription but was only able to use the app for about 2 months. Now I can’t log in at all because the app appears to be frozen or simply doesn’t work anymore.
I contacted customer support, and they suggested that I may have created multiple accounts or that I need a 5G connection to use the latest version of the app. Neither of these explanations is correct. I have only ever had one account with one email address, and I meet all the technical requirements.
What concerns me most is that although I cannot access my account, it is still visible to other users. I continue to receive email notifications about likes and crushes, but I have no way to log in, manage my profile, or even delete it. This makes me feel very uncomfortable and raises concerns about my privacy and security.
My subscription is paid until the end of next month, yet I cannot use the service I paid for. Customer support has also been very slow to respond, and I am still waiting for a proper solution.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this dating site based on the poor customer support, technical issues, and lack of account security.

A real person, a real account, in London was blocked in 2 hours, I my home country after 24 hours. Probably the developers worries that I’m getting to much reactions? Blocked without any explanation, contacting me, with AI responses, someone getting salary for doing nothing? Can I apply for support job? They doing probably great, because so actually doing nothing in almost two months.
This app did more for keeping me away from man’s then any other dating app…

All the time the app freezes up or not sending messages.

I don’t recommend this app to anyone anymore. It has become full of AI-generated profiles and scammers. People join this platform hoping to meet real people and build genuine connections, but instead you waste your time dealing with fake accounts and suspicious activity.
What’s even more frustrating is that the app does not seem to take these issues seriously. Even when you report clearly fake or scam profiles, they often remain active. Instead of protecting real users and improving security, it feels like the platform is almost supporting these AI profiles by allowing them to continue.
Honestly, it makes me wonder if the app itself is being run by AI, because there seems to be very little real moderation or concern for user safety anymore.

Berichten worden pas verstuurd na het afsluiten en opnieuw opstarten van de app. Heel vervelend

Lol, zelfs bij iets basaals als het versturen van een bericht loopt deze app vast.

Het duurde veel te lang dat ik wist wat het probleem was. Mijn account werd voor nep aangezien. Ik ben weer online maar wat een gedoe. Moest kopie id opsturen. Als de maand afgelopen is stop ik ermee. De nasmaak is niet goed.
