Happn zit vol met nepaccounts en oplichters. Het eerste bericht van deze accounts is bijna altijd hetzelfde: je meteen naar WhatsApp proberen te sturen. Ik heb al deze accounts gemeld, maar Happn doet er blijkbaar helemaal niks aan. Ze blijven gewoon actief en benaderen steeds nieuwe mensen.
Ik houd dit inmiddels bewust in de gaten en zie steeds hetzelfde gebeuren. De beveiliging van Happn heeft echt grote gaten. En eerlijk gezegd begin ik me af te vragen of Happn dit systeem zelf wel goed controleert, want het is gewoon niet normaal dat er na zoveel meldingen niets wordt gedaan.

The app says hey buy this premium thing, you will get 5 superlikes a day. Conclusion you get 5 a week. After sending this false advertising to their service team they ask for the the proof, after sending the proof they dont respond. Terrible service and terrible app

Vorige week app geïnstalleerd, in begin werking app aan ontdekken.
Kon aan begin verschillende plekken zien welke ik geweest was om vanuit daar te zoeken naar mogelijke crushes.
Echter sinds paar dagen bleef de kaart vast staan op mijn thuis adres.
Online advies was opnieuw opstarten, instellingen veranderen etc. Hielp allemaaal niet.
Laatste oplossing zou zijn om app opnieuw te installeren waarbij alle gegevens bewaard zouden blijven. Maar nu is kaarthistorie van locaties schijnbaar helemaal gewist en kan ik eerder tegengekomen profielen niet meer zien….

Heel veel accounts die een f2f account doen promoten en verdwijnen dan weer, heel erg jammer dit

This app is a scam. I got premium and suddenly likes are not loading, no more people to swipe and once premium expires I get likes and people to swipe, forcing you to buy premium again, what a dirty scam.

Altijd dezelfde bugs en totaal geen open opties om je interesse te tonen. Zo bekrompen als de Nederlandse regering

I have a paid subscription but since today I have no acces to the priveleges that comes with the paid subscription. For example “my likes” are not available and blurred out.
@happn please sort this out! You are not delivering the service I paid for!

This app banned my account RIGHT AWAY after I JUST created an account, especially when I didn’t even do anything that against the rules! WTF! Can this app’s AI system be smart as human that can distinguish real people (human) and AI people after already even made a selfie prove?

Na de laatste update is mijn premium ineens weg. Maar er wordt nog wel geld afgeschreven!

Since a recent update you can no longer go to the map and quickly remove the uninteresting ones with a click on the X. Now you first have to click on every single account to do that. I will delete the app if this is not turned back.

My account got blocked for no reason and CS responded hours later saying it was unlocked. However, this wasn’t true. I emailed them again and got no response. Therefore, I proceed to deleting this app for wasting my time (creating profile, making me pay to see who liked me, etc) and the bad customer service experience. Additionally, I met my ex here

All recent selfies that I uploaded today are mirrored/reversed after uploading. This makes me look strange, please fix!

It’s funny. A week ago I had 98 people who liked me. Now a week later I get a message 11 new people liked me, but it’s still on 98… lol!
I have to report this. Happn response to everyone to send a email. I did with this problem and after a month I still don’t recieve any answer.
It’s just a joke.

I have a premium account and already contacted happn two times (by email) that the map function isn’t working… one month later, payed for my premium account offcourse, but the map function is still not working.. waste of your money!

I paid for a 3-month subscription but was only able to use the app for about 2 months. Now I can’t log in at all because the app appears to be frozen or simply doesn’t work anymore.
I contacted customer support, and they suggested that I may have created multiple accounts or that I need a 5G connection to use the latest version of the app. Neither of these explanations is correct. I have only ever had one account with one email address, and I meet all the technical requirements.
What concerns me most is that although I cannot access my account, it is still visible to other users. I continue to receive email notifications about likes and crushes, but I have no way to log in, manage my profile, or even delete it. This makes me feel very uncomfortable and raises concerns about my privacy and security.
My subscription is paid until the end of next month, yet I cannot use the service I paid for. Customer support has also been very slow to respond, and I am still waiting for a proper solution.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this dating site based on the poor customer support, technical issues, and lack of account security.
