Take a virtual trip around the world from big cities in the US to the Australian outback, from the fjords in Norway to the tip of South Africa. And maybe even Antartica.
Each round we show you a set of 5 panoramic views in the category you picked. Have a look, roam the streets, and when you’re ready… take a guess. The closer you guess, the more points you get! Pick a continent, country or one of the theme packs. Brave enough? How about "The World" as your playground?
Take your time or do a speed run, by yourself or in a challenge with friends or strangers, and work your way up the leaderboards.

Free but with issues
It’s free, but is has some annoying issues. First, when you search the map and go back to streetview, the entire map gets a reset, so you have to zoom in again an find out where you first were. Second, when you play it many times you often have to guess a location that you already guessed before. Besides, Guess the Spot has a preference for certain areas of a country. For instance, when you are in Japan, 9 out of 10 times you are dropped somewhere on the Okinawa islands. Or when you are in Mexico, it’s almost certain the northwestern part of the country. What I do like is that you don’t have to pay a monthly subscription to use the game, like Geoguessr.
