Groundwire: VoIP SIP Softphone

De taal is niet in te stellen. De helft van het menu is in het Engels, de andere helft in het Nederlands. Programma blijft draaien in de achtergrond ondanks dat ververs op achtergrond uitstaat. Programma heeft geen donkere modus. Kan slecht een aantal kleuren veranderen. Account bij HOIP is niet te registreren. Kan geen uitgaande gesprekken opzetten, alleen gesprekken ontvangen. Deze app is half af, en zeker geen € 10 waard. App verbruikt heel veel stroom, mijn batterij gaat heel snel leeg.

Why is the option to redirect an incoming call to another phone or extension gone after this update?

I contacted sales and support twice. First response took over a week, and basically rejected any feature request.
Be aware that the custom SIPIS, which is needed behind firewalled networks, is not available to non white labelled customers.
Quality wise a good app. Support wise I would not recommended it, especially given the price tag.

Currently having trouble connecting to 2 different type of accounts since I upgraded to 13.1 which means I'm not available on the road for 2 companies. I hope you'll fix it soon!

With the new callkit groundwire incoming calls are as easy as the normal phone, very nice

I don't know if it is iOS 10 or the last version of Groundwire but currently the sip registration is lost if the app is not active

I use sip/VoIP for years. Both on my broadband at home and on mobile WIFI. This app was very good but it is recently giving headache. I could not called anymore. The Acrobits help desk did not respond.
However I have now managed to get it working again. Not thanks to the Acrobits help desk.

Had trouble with the current update. Got excelent support and a beta version to fix issues.
Now the app works briliant again.

I have been looking for a VoIP soft phone for my business, and I think I may have just found a great companion in Groundwire.
It will make me ditch my desktop phone, which it what I have been wanting to do for a while, and with the added feature of being available to my clients while I am out of my office it invaluable.
Easy to use, simple, with powerful features, I don’t think you will find any other app like this in it’s class.
Well done guys, lets hope this app stays around for a while yet!

This SIP client registers much too often (every 9 till 26 minutes for a TTL of 86400). Groundwire creates new registrations instead of refreshing existing ones.

I like the functionality and ease of operation. Had to adjust some settings for the dtmf tunes to work here. Other than that good app for a fair price. Also works on an iPhone 3G but without multitasking of course.

This is a great application, very few problems considering the iPad was not meant to be a VOIP telephone. I'm using it for my daily business and besides some minor problems I'm quite satisfied with the product.

Great application, looks good and is easy to configure. Excellent call quality (using VoipTalk SIP provider) using WiFi as well as 3G. Cool option to get push notifications when the app os not running and still being able to take incoming calls. I love it.
