Grindr - Gay Dating & Chat

I have already updated this app, but still the app tells me I a unable to chat because this version is “outdated”!

I have reported so many fake profiles (obviously fake). Now I got banned for no reason. Grindr can see everything, employees can see I didn’t do ANYTHING wrong. Reported by hurt souls cause I didn’t reply their messages.. so what?!

If you don’t have the unlimited subscription, forget it. The amount of ads is insane and the app is flooded with bots constantly messaging you and trying to push you onto other platforms. It’s really not like how it used to be anymore. And even with the unlimited subscription, the app is still buggy. Imagine blocking someone only for the exact same profile to message you again afterwards. How is that even possible?

Did I pay for that Madonna creature? I have sound off. Despite of that Grindr starts with a voice of Madonna. Not nice when you try to be discrete. I don’t want to pay for that greedy woman!

Het is dat je geen 0 sterren kunt geven, maar wat een waardeloze app. Reclame voor spellen die anders zijn dan de advertentie doet vermoeden poppen constant op en blokkeren de volledige app (tussentijds afsluiten en opstarten) alle functionaliteiten verdwijnen achter de betaalmuur. Je krijgt heel veel
SPAM berichten. Die kan je rapporteren tot je een ons weegt, maar er gebeurd niks. Er zijn betere alternatieven echt waar!

Do something about the men sending unsolicited nudes when I have “don’t send”… there’s way too many men on the app who’ll send their parts while in oegaboega state. I as trans woman slowly have become more homophobic because your mods don’t do anything about those who proudly send their junk with no actual consequences and who’ll laugh at you when you complain about it and are like “but you on this app so you want this”… no, nobody wants an animal like that and if your family knew this you’d be disowned.

REALLY GIVE TERRORIST GROUPS LIKE ISIS A FAVORABLE POINT AND MAKE THEM SEEM LIKE HUMANITARIANS for throwing gays off of buildings and making their homophobia seem justified because

I paid almost 100 euro for extra, to get rid of all the spam, but I still get all af those and daily spam of fake users! Fix this Grindr!

De app is steeds slechter aan het worden. Hij geeft nu geen meldingen meer bij en bericht. Opent berichten steeds langzamer en is het algemeen steeds langzamer
Steeds meer nep profielen. En profielen die van alles aanbieden. Veel escorts

Absolutely overrun with spam accounts sending the same adverts for s*x websites over and over again. Every time I open the app there’s at least five accounts spamming these messages. It did not improve over the last year. Apart from that the app is basically an UI nightmare fully and completely centered on selling the horrifically expensive subscriptions to get rid of the very obnoxious full-screen adds.

I used the app many years without big issues. Im a paid subscriber. But now i got banned without any (given) reason. I cant even make a new account, the ban seems device related. I made an appeal and reached out to their support. But their answer was: “We cant give any further information, our decision is final. Good luck.”

To much fake accounts, to much botaccounts,
To much money
To much BS by the app makers.
My picture are still being used by other accounts.
Only spam accounts every day every city multiple accounts. They don’t care about the gays. It’s about making much money and getting the community unpleasant

You can’t use the app with out having to donate one of your organs to unlock some of their features.

Free-to-play games these days have fewer ads than Grindr. However, to remove them you need to be rich! Those prices are ridiculous. It’s a “Gay dating & chat” app but I get spam messages from women and transgender women. I can’t even filter out those who I am not interested in like trans etc etc! These days I have to be careful what I say to avoid upsetting people with different views.
Long story short: the Grindr/gay community is gone! Thanks!

Every update Grindr comes up with yet another way to actively make the user experience worse for every single user, including paying ones.
Better use Romeo, Scruff or Sniffies instead.

Most messages are bots, you’ll have to hide people instead of blocking them, which gives them the opportunity to still message you. Also the app is flooded with adds which makes it really user unfriendly.

I just want to use the app without ads. I didn’t pay around 100 euros just for you greedy queens to put popup ads for some dumb event in my face. Stop it already and seek help….

I was disappointed with the amount of gay men on this app. Where are my Queens at?!

The WORST user experience. More ads than any app I’ve ever used. At least 30-40% of profiles are bots or OF creators asking to subscribe.
