De synchronisatie werkt niet meer, heel vervelend, ik moet alles handmatig invoeren in mn fitbit app

It’s a good app in combination with the scale, but it would make it a lot better if you can upload some photos too! It will make it more a journey thing. It’s a basic thing right now

Since 2 months ago most stats have changed out of nowhere, fat percentage for example doubled in 1 day. Wrong software update

Something change in the which initiated an increase of my bodyfat from 13 tot 26%. It seems that it doubles the figures since last month. From the measurements at my fitness club I know I didn’t eat too much patatoes. Bug!

Since the update I have trouble with the information the scale gives me. The only thing that didn’t change is body weight. I don’t think my actual body fat percentage changed that quickly in only one week

Since the last update 1.24.1 January 2025, deleting measurement data does not work anymore.
Via feedback page also failed to report this (sending failed). Also via app support I can only report in Chinese?
Please resolve this error. Otherwise a good app

Great product but stopped connecting to Apple because of Bluetooth issues. Tried suggestions multiple times but not working. Super frustrating!

Waardeloze app. Je moet je registreren, maar dat lukt niet, dus kun je de app niet gebruiken!

When I bought the scale they promised me that several users could use the scale. When my boyfriend wants to use the scale and downloads the app on his phone I got automatically logged out. When I want to login to the scale, he automatically gotten logged off. I believe the priduct specifications don’t match with the fysical product and expect the seller to come with a solution.

De weegschaal werkt.
Maar gebruik hem met het gehele huishouden. En iedere keer als iemand anders is ingelogd voor de app. Kan ik weer opnieuw inloggen. Word er stapel gek van.
Als deze stuk is. Zou ik zeker voor een ander smaakje gaan. Hopelijk lossen ze dit nog op

Helaas naar meerdere pogingen nog steeds de app niet in gebruik. Bij registreren blijft de app een wachtwoord error aangeven. Of ik nu zelf een ww samenstel of een sterk wachtwoord vanuit mijn iPhone. Opnieuw downloaden en wachten op een nieuwe versie maakt niets uit. Nu heb ik wel de weegschaal maar zonder app niet erg zinvol!

Please make it possible to stay logged in on multiple device at the same time. I use this app to synchronize data from a smart scale. And we need to use the same account with different profiles. Thus, we constantly need to do the login process again.

When you export data it isn’t possible to save it in the iCloud because there isn't any button to confirm. Now the only way to go is to email it to myself.

Dear developers,
I am a healthy woman with 30% fat, according to the measurements given by the balances (165cm, 58kg, 80-70-98). Since when 30% of fat is in the red or even orange zone for women if the healthy one is up to 33%? The problem is that the scales given are for men. You need to adjust the program if not for genders, then for sexes at least. It is written that the info is based on Wikipedia information, which is valid, but for men.

I believe you should check the other parameters as well.
Other than that works good, have balances for 2 years, no problem at all.

App doesn’t connect to the scale with bluetooth so data isn’t being updated. Regret buying this over my other scale.

When youre setting up or just looking at your data, the app closes, or goes to the register page. You have to login again, its annoying

Bought the scale and it comes with an app. When downloaded, I cannot register because there is “an error”! I read a lot of reviews where they state the same. Maybe @tanturi can fix it?

This app has a lot of promises, but is basic funtionality, bluetooth connections, doesn’t work. Also really irritating is switching between users. You have login and logout several times. So, my advise wouldt be, don’t use the app. It starts your day in bad mood.
