Installing the app and the ibeacon is a very simple. You can register the ride as privat or business. Add rides manually if some one borrows your car. When a some one frequently lends your car, ask them to download the app, so they can submit reports. But the true jewel is their customer service! They are truly the best asset of the company. I had a problem with my ibeacon that had a will of it’s own, either it was or wasn’t registering the rides. And the miles weren’t always registered correct. But the cs team was always quick to respond, polite, helpfull, sweet, supportive and beyond patience with me. After all ideas and suggestions failed, they send me an new ibeacon without any hesitation. Now registration works perfect.
