Ik vind het SCHANDALIG hoeveel ik moet zoeken, doorklikken en van app moet veranderen voordat ik mijn abonnement kan opzeggen. En dan ben ik nog redelijk handig digitaal. Grenst wat mij betreft aan oplichterij.

ik vind disney heel erg leuk! films zoals "frozen" of "rapunzel" blijven leuk! :)

Niets werkt goed, alles traag, slechtste app ooit voor het kijken van tv. Bespaar geld en ga naar Prime, HBO of Netflix, stuk voor stuk veel beter. Disney + niet Eindeloos Entertainment maar Kansloos Entertainment.

In de app kan ik inloggen maar de tv niet verbinden. Hoe handig is dat NOT.
Via de site is mijn wachtwoord ineens fout maar voor het helpcenter werkt hij dan weer wel. Daarvandaan kan je dan nog de tv niet verbinden.
Gelukkig heb ik maar weinig voor het abonnement betaald

Je kunt ineens niet meer casten vanuit de app. Erg vervelend want ik heb geen smart tv waarop de disneyapp runt.

Ruined my vegetable juicing session when i discovered there is no speed control. Netflix is already on my naughty list for capping it at 1.5x but this nonsense of limited to 1x, just… no. I would rather throw away my iPad and watch NOTHING than be subjected to this torture. Thanks for your time.

Please get rid of the cookies from your app permanently! I really hate ad cookies. I ask you NOT TO ANNOYING THE VIEWERS ANYMORE!

On AppleTV the app constantly annoys with logging in. No video in the browser (not an app but the service issue). It's annoying to use and it is too expensive for very small amount of quality content (mostly not originals anyway). In the end I've unsubscribed: low value and annoying to use

Hapert, wil via iPhone niet verbinden met Chromecast, pauzeren en daarna verder afspelen lukt niet. En dat alles terwijl HBO, Prime en Netflix wel gewoon werken.
1 Ster is nog teveel.

Door hun nieuwe update kan ik niet meer streaken via mijn mobiele app! Mijn telefoon ondersteunt jullie update niet meer! Erg jammer dat betekent dus dat ik mijn abonnement op ga zeggen want ga natuurlijk geen nieuwe telefoon kopen omdat jullie besloten hebben dat mensen met wat oudere nog goed werkende telefoons geen toegang meer kunnen hebben tot jullie app! Jullie zullen veel klanten verliezen z vrees ik! ‍♀️✌️

I wasn’t able to log into MY account. Even though, I gave the correct email adress and password. It told me that I wasn’t ‘allowed’ to sign in via my iPad and sent me to another link. The suggested that I log in AGAIN, and then told me to restart my subscription. I just wanted to watch a movie on my iPad. I am quite disappointed, I had a goal, but wasn’t able to reach it.

Latest update doesn’t work on my iPhone and iPad and I can’t go back to the previous version. So paying for a subscription and not able to use this app anymore! VERY BAD DISNEY!

Fantastic app, we love to use it. We’re members sinds the beginning. Now the kids getting older we see that some improvements could be done on the children profiles. Is it possible to add in an update an age limit? Like until 9 until 12? (Include even National Geographic) kids around 9-12 are really into discover the earth and it nature.
So the kids can still use there accounts and be self independent. And let our account untouched

Yes this movie is available on disney plus! I pay, download, no chromecast and title not available in your region.. i honestly wanted to smash someyhing. Ofc they already debited my money. Horrible

There is a glitch that makes movies and series fast forward randomly… multiple reddit posts about this ( not on every device )

Paying for a streaming subscription and still being forced to watch an excessive amount of ads is honestly ridiculous.
When I’m paying full price, I expect uninterrupted viewing — not multiple ad breaks during a single movie or a 45-minute series episode.
If ads are going to be this frequent, what exactly am I paying for?
It’s frustrating to pay for platforms like this and still get flooded with ads.
Watching a movie or even a 45-minute episode feels like regular TV all over again — except now I’m paying for it.
At this point, the value of the subscription is really questionable.
