Coinbase: Koop BTC, ETH, SOL

I can’t load my portfolio as the loading does conclude and the fees are high. Would expect more from the biggest crypto platform

After 9 times try to upload my paspoort I gave it up and made a account on kraken, what is way more easier then this

The app has been super slow lately and whenever I select one of my tokens it is just stuck loading.. considering moving my tokens to a wallet but I wonder if I even can with this performance

It seems that as non-tax customer (I have to give my tax info before 31-12-2026), the app is unresponsive and you can't see your crypto holdings anymore. It just keeps loading or you get a black screen. Probably as soon as I give my tax information I can access the app again. Worthless!

Horrible communication, they holding €139.000 euro in crypto and banned my account. It’s a discrimination organization and I don’t recommend to hold your crypto on coinbase

New verification process doesn’t work. Gets a error every time so can’t use Coinbase

I had send a big amount of moey to coinaae but it never arrived and there is no possible way to contact them terrible app not recommended.

Literally made the account today. Wanted to transfer my money and it made me complete a scam safety check. I clicked the wrong response for one of the questions apparently and they blocked my transactions for a month. Customer service was terrible. The conversation was as if they found it amusing, that I was annoyed they refused to help me un restrict my transfers. The representatives were useless taking their time to respond, and wasted a lot of my time. Just to get an email an hour later and they kept it restricted. Basically Coinbase was quite disappointing and not customer friendly.

Tried to buy btc. However system makes a fault and doesn’t add any money to my account. Now it takes 5 days to transfer my money back. A still have no btc, while the price is rising. Very bad Coinbase. Because of you, I lost profits.

I send alot of money to my coinbase wallet and it never arrived what a scam. Ooh yeah when you want to call them is says the nimber doesnt excist snd their email says we dont take emails you should go to the app and chat with the ai bot. The ai bot doesnt solve your problems soo stupid

I can’t never withdraw. My money is gone.
Even with contacting the help I am busy with them for a week. But don’t solve the problem. So no I don’t recommend this wallet.

Ik gebruik het nu ongeveer 1 jaar lang , en ben er echt tevreden mee , en voor 5 euro per maand kun je zonder transactie kosten zoveel kopen en wisselen als dat je zelf wilt

They will lose or freeze your money and make you jump through hours, yes hours, of verification steps then keep your account locked for weeks before allowing you back into your account. You will also notice super high fees plus commission for all transactions.
