Het aanmaken van een account lukt al niet, 6 keer geen sms ook niet via bellen. Daarna werkt het nummer ineens niet meer

Its a privacy nightmare anyway wouldnt recommend it

I am very disappointed with my experience with Bumble Support.
I contacted support to restore my deleted account and provided my ID as requested. There were delays in the communication, and the restoration process involved several rounds of emails over a number of weeks.
The most frustrating part was that I later learned my account could no longer be restored because the 28-day period had expired. By the time I saw the final instructions and responded, the deadline had already passed. I understand that I was not able to reply before the deadline, but the overall communication process also felt slow and difficult to follow, especially for an issue where timing is so important.
I wish there had been a clearer warning that the restoration deadline was approaching or that an active support case would receive more timely handling. Losing my account and its data has been really upsetting.
I hope Bumble improves its communication and support process for users facing account restoration issues.

Verschrikkelijke app, ik lees meerdere reacties van verwijderde accounts. Ik had echt een geweldige match we zouden nog gaan videobellen via bumble maar om de dag zelf is zijn account dood bumble verwijderd. Ik dacht echt een leuk iemand te hebben gevonden maar nu uit het oog verloren. En bumble reageert heel traag op vragen. Dus ik verwacht ook niet dat ze een antwoord op mijn vraag gaan geven.

Niet vaak problemen met bumble maar sinds gister loopt die iedere x vast als ik naar boven scroll om te lezen en terug om te typen. Moet dan iedere x app sluiten en opnieuw openen..

The app keeps getting worse and worse. Too many paywalls. Matches are sent to the bottom of the stack. And now adding ads? Yeah that’s enough Bumble. The app uses to be great but it’s no different than Tinder at this point.

Ik heb al meerdere keren geprobeerd mijn nummer in te vullen. Maar deze achterlijke app zecht dat mijn telefoonnummer niet bestaat…… 1 ster is zelfs nog te veel. Achterlijke app.

Now is the same as Tinder just in yellow, if u are a girl is ok, but as a man it removed all the catching point of the app and ofc if wanna have more changes u have to pay and is more expensive than Tinder

Ik heb zelf alleen de vrienden versie gebruikt. Het idee is leuk maar de uitvoering minder. Eenmaal een match, wat niet snel gebeurt, krijg je vaak geen reactie.

Ik krijg over het algemeen witte mensen te zien. Die date ik niet vanwege verborgen racisme. Dus nee ik ben geen racist, wil gewoon niet gedacht gediscrimineerd worden op een date. Maar ik krijg te vaak witte mensen te zien, dus de app faalt. Heb het hierdoor ook verwijderd.
Ook als ik mannen EN vrouwen aanklik, krijg ik voornamelijke witte cis mannen te zien, dat is precies niet wat ik zoek. Give me a pretty POC bad girl or man maar niet dit jongens.

You need to fix bugs in ur app, I’m going crazy. I can normally scroll up and go back. The screen freezes and I keep on having to quit and reopen. My phone is up to date, my app is too, I have enough capacity. Provide actually help pls in stead of sending me to a bit which doesn’t do anything.

Overal their model is to keep you longer on the platform, means you will not find what you search quickly

Mijn iPhone heeft een onterechte apparaat-ban. De app zit vast in een CAPTCHA-loop, de audio werkt niet en support reageert nergens op. Daarbij word er ook niet gereageerd via Facebook messenger als je vraagt om hulp.

I bought lifetime Premium and was then permanently blocked with zero warning, no explanation, no human review, and no way to actually speak to anyone. A paid service that can cut you off instantly and leave you with nowhere to turn.
A warning to others: don't mention any sex work as a job, even as a joke. Bumble's automated filter treats simply saying it as "offering" and blocks you on the spot — no context, no human looking at it, no real appeal. In my case my match asked what I do for a living, I jokingly said "I'm an escort," and right away in the same conversation I said I wasn't serious and explained my actual job. None of that mattered — the joke alone was enough to get me permanently blocked.
If you're going to pay for this app, know that you can lose everything you paid for over a single word, with no one to talk to.
