I think (personally) it’s a great app I have seen some changes not to many because If only bij training with it for like 5 days.
I think it’s great.

The exercises are fun and they have different workouts for beginners and more experienced.

Best app for home workout, different varieties and love that you can adjust it to your own settings. Keep up with the good work!

Very good workouts and you should def try to connect it with health if you have iPhone because then it shows how much calories you burnt and how long youve trained

This app really got me motivated to keep exercising! They also show how to do an exercise if your not sure which is very useful. I really like the way they show how many calories you burn on an exercise! This is definitely a good exercising app.

It is a free and accessible app with good exercises! As a beginner I find it really handy that exercises are explained in videos.

This will bring the extra power for the weightlifers guys who struggling with back pain.

Super Workout best pittig als je begint. Misschien niet geheel onverstandig om de eerste paar keer te trainen met iemand die op je houding let.

The sound doesn't work on my iPhone 4. Real annoying, is there a solution for this?

Make as long or short as you like. My favourite is 13 exercices. Now I can start my day happy and confident because I just did it! (good explanations, and enough options to customize).
