They take money even after you cancel in the trying period. I now canceled 2 times in 1 month and still they took money.

I got the app to try it out, but I forgot about it. All of a sudden I got billed. There it says to cancel go to settings, tap your name, Tap subscriptions and tap cancel. The problem is: it doesn’t show up under subscriptions. So how am I supposed to cancel now? Why can’t you cancel it in the app itself?

I’ve been charged €19,99 out of nowhere.
When I asked they about canceling, the “support” sends an automatic link that does not work.
Do not download it.
Pretty sure if the answer here. It’ll also be and automatic message asking to email their support.

Ik heb via google een test gedaan. Om dan de resultaten te zien moest je betalen. 1 euro, 2 euro, 17 of nog meer. Ik dacht ik doe 2 euro. Prima als dat het is. Toen later stond er een knop dat je voor 2 euro een abonnement kan krijgen. dus ik klik aan om de opties te zien. Zonder een wachtwoord in te moeten vullen of face id heb ik blijkbaar al betaald? Dus ik download de app, zeggen ze dat ik nog meer betalen? Wat een vaag gedoe! Nu hoop ik voor jullie dat er geen geld van mn rekening wordt afgeschreven zoals ik zie in andere recensies! App verwijderd trap er niet in.

You can get the results for a onetime payment. What they dont tell is that the bill you straight away for a whole month. Absolute scam!

They asked me to pay a one-time fee to see my result. I chose 1 euro, then suddenly two more payments were deducted without approval: one of €6.99 and one of €4.99. I call this fraud, and I want my money back, otherwise I will file a report with the police.

I NEVER GAVE ANY AUTHORIZATION TO SUBTRACT FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE NEVER OPENED THIS APP! I simply clicked on their story on instagram! They keep subtracting money from my bank! They need to be reported! I’ve never in my life have experienced such a fraudulent, professional looking app.

What a bunch of a bunch of scammers!
Paid one euro for an online test, curious for the results. Without a clear headsup, I apparently commited to a weekly subscription which I could not find back anywhere.
Giving no clear insight into weekly costs, not showing premium is on, even in the app.
I was lucky to see that a payment of €15 PER WEEK, was going to get deducted from my bank account before it actually happening.
And this for a 1 euro costing test, which by the way, could not be more generic.
Not giving any insights of future weekly costs, not having this show in your app and making it this difficult to cancel the subscription and all future payments. Insane that this is legal

Ze vragen of je iets wilt doneren. Ik heb 2 euro gekozen. Hierna schrijven ze gelijk nog eens 20 en 7 euro af. Kijk uit met wat je doet!

They ask you to choose what amount you want to pay 1 time to get the results of your test and secretly they start taking money from your bank every other day!

I saw their advertisment. Fill out the form paid $10 then installed the app! No report nothing

I consented to pay 1€ for a trial, and they took 14.99€ from my bank account instead.
It’s a scam.

I paid €1 for test results on instagram and then discovered I’d been enrolled in a subscription. Cancelling was far more difficult than it should have been, requiring repeated email login links and multiple cancellation steps. What looked like the final cancellation page wasn’t actually the end of the process. I eventually cancelled successfully, but not before my bank blocked my card and I had to replace it. I found the whole experience misleading and unnecessarily frustrating.

Without my knowledge a subscription was started for €14,99 when I only approved a €1 payment. I just sent a request for immediate cancellation. Reading other reviews it seems I am not the only one. Next time I’ll read reviews first.

Don’t download this app. You can try it but then it charges you a week later with 29,99 and WITHOUT CLEAR CONSENT.

voor dat je het weet zit je vast aan een abonnement van 30 euro per maand! Pas op mensen trap er niet in!

Jullie schrijven dingen af waar ik mij niet voor aangemeld heb. Ik heb niks afgesloten qua abonnement. Er staat ook niks bij mijn Apple account. Stop met afschrijven van belachelijke bedragen. Ik kan ze ook niet eens terug boeken. Graag per direct stoppen hiermee. Jullie hebben ook een mail van mij!
