I would recommend to explain the exercise in the ‘rest time’ between two exercises because the exercise is already shown in that rest time, so I would add the proper explanation then, also mentioning what to avoid for injury prevention.
I think there could be more alignment details to practice safely because if you don’t already know, there’s a big chance you’re doing things wrong because there’s not a detailed explanation.
Also, I would mirror the exercises shown so that you can follow the screen when doing the right side for example (now it’s the other way around bit it’s only mentioned when the exercise has already started).
Also, I was hoping for a bit more explanations on the benefits and goals of certain somatic exercises, so a bit more theory would be very nice.
Generally speaking, descriptions should be a lot more detailed and sometimes I’m missing cues (what’s shown and described does not match), or missing repetition on the other side.
All and all I think there is a lot of room for improvement with these work-outs.
