Ik heb geboekt in Pordenone en moet meer betalen omdat ik blijkbaar Young BWR breakfast included heb geboekt! De site vraagt alleen of je breakfast included wil hebben! Bijna de hele delegatie heeft deze fout gemaakt. Eigenlijk wilde we hier aankomend jaar nog drie keer een week overnachten voor het werk maar we gaan toch maar kijken naar een niet BW hotel.

When I check upcoming reservations the cancellations are there as well. That’s confusing. Also it’s not clear to me what’s been been paid already and the residual amount. Very commercial driven app, the customer is forgotten.

Being a member I’d prefer to use this app and collect points but it’s too slow for use on the road. I use booking instead

Unfortunately I cannot login with my rewards details, as it finds no match. The same details online do work at the same time.

Since last update the app crashes constantly. Before that I used it often to make reservations for our USA trip summer 2018. Please fix it! Because it was a great app to use now I cannot do anything with it.

You cannot see details of your reservations. App crashes if you try. The rates in app are not the same as in the website of BW. You have more on the website. Plus is that you can see your reward points.

Entering data is tedious, font to small, design far from iOS compatible, tapping is difficult to button sizes

Al ruim 4 maanden krijg je de melding bij het opstarten van de App: It's allmost there ! We are working on the new version of the app for the iPad!
En elke keer moet je naar de webversie.... Kost het dan zoveel moeite om een update (want daar gaat het eigenlijk om) werkend te krijgen ? Zet dan zolang de oude terug in de App store.
