I’m playing this game for more than 6 years now….
My total score is less than 5,000 points and yet there are gamers with more than 50,000 points
Hmmm…..

This is back gammon as it should be bob holland but why cant we double?
Limited comment against opponent would-be
Limited communication with opponent makes the game more
Doubling Pos Woold be Good

Actually made me lose my sanity. Computer always manages to roll the best rolls, take all your pieces because of your terrible rolls which leave you open, and then block the entire opponent field with suspiciously sufficient rolls so you may not place your pieces back in the game. Seriously. You want to play fair, where the computer does not keep rolling exactly what it needs? Play "two players". I know it's biased towards the computer because multiple matches, SOMEHOW, the opponent manages to ALWAYS get their last piece to CONVENIENTLY step all over my unprotected ones. One step away? Roll a 1 and a 6. Two? Roll a 2 and a 6. So on, so forth. The amount of times the computer rolls double sixes versus you will be enough to compare to cosmic horror. I hate this thing.

Een tijdje heb ik gezocht naar een goed backgammon spel op mijn iPhone en iPad en nadat ik een tijdje Apple Games had gespeeld, bleek daar dit spel voorhanden. Het is zo in te stellen dat ik met mijn visuele beperking de stenen beter kan zien! En toen de test periode van Apple Games stopte, heb ik het spel gekocht. Nooit spijt van gehad. Het blijft verbeterd worden. Dus doe je voordeel met mijn review. ;-)

This doesn't seem to work very well. Would be nice if this feature can be improved.

Voorheen, tot voor kort een goede backgammon. Nu is de moeilijkheidsgraad het geluk van de worp geworden. Ongeacht je strategie is de lol er flink af.

Literally some people take way too long on their turns. This game isn’t even hard

Dices are being calculated for you to loose. Even if you are about to gammon opponent gets dubbles and you loose. And if you are out it never gives you the dice to back in the game but somehow opponent gets the exact dices to break yours. It is ridiculous

Stenen worden niet random gekozen. Winnen tegen de computer is vrijwel onmogelijk. Ontzettend irritant.

When you play on line the dice are definitely not random the computer cheats. From the start of the game, the computer decides who is going to win and helps that player. The computer rolls everything that player need to win. TOTALLY FAKE GAME

Computer kan nog maar met 1 combinatie worp winnen en ja hoor gooit weer precies wat die nodig heeft. Elke keer de perfecte worp. Wat een nep spel

These rolls are insane. I get that dice are random. But they should be random to fit a Gauss Curve. Game strategy is based on the Gauss Curve, not some random number. You stay away from positions reachable by numbers close to seven as they are more likely to be rolled. At a random number a three is as likely as a seven and thus messes up the Backgammon strategy. And that would be if it was just random. Even when I am well ahead of points, my opponents keep throwing doubles and I will lose. My doubles always come plenty while I am off the board and unable to use them. This is unfortunately not just a problem of this one game. It seems that most Backgammon games use this weird dice algorithm. It makes the game unplayable. Probably on purpose to make you buy credits. Tip: buy because you are happy with a game, not because of frustration

As an experienced backgammon player I can honestly say that the hard level isn’t hard to play, but you’re playing against well-calculated algorithm what makes it almost impossible to win.
Even close to a gammon, this backgammon game rolls the dices to its own advantage without exception.
Too bad, but there are better games out there!

Winning against computer is impossible. Dice throws always what needs. Playing with two players is better (no cheeting dices)

The dices are not at all random, they just roll for the opponent in the single person game!

Na elk potje reclame, maar dat is geen probleem. Tijdens het potje niet. Leuk spel.

Good game, probably the best backgammon app available. Fair game online and nice to follow and compare personal point against opponents. Online good game, offline awful!
I play with hard mode and as mention by someone already:” game should be hard because the AI knows how to play not cause the dices rolls for him”. I’ve now played thousands of game offline and I can tell the AI it’s playing fast pace and trying to eat you and build covers in its exit e area. As soon as you have a free piece they move a piece too, and immediately after or with the same throw they roll the perfect number to eat you! One goes out and you get eating again and find yourself with 2 pieces out and impossibile to get in. 4 times out of 5 the Dices don’t let you enter and you watch the AI stacking its pieces and block you out.
Instead when luckily you eat one of his pieces, the AI manages to roll the perfect number to enter and exit your area and probably 9 out of 10 times eats you again. I even noticed and that some time when I roll the dices a number appears and rapidly changes to a different one as the AI of the dices doesn’t want me to roll those numbers. I think and feel I started to read the AI technique and rolls and number combinations accordingly to how I position my pieces, developers says it’s all random but it’s not possibile too many scripted things happened.

Niks random dobbelstenen. Tegenstander gooit altijd direct uit en jij pas na 4 worpen. Bijna elke ronde dubbel 6 als de tegenstander alleen zessen heeft, dus niet uit. Echt bizar. Jammer
