Cannot login on the app
I have an asos account and I’ve tried to login several times on the app but it doesn’t work. I cannot add anything to my cart to purchase. I tried to access app support from this App Store but that doesn’t work either.
Very terrible app
When I use paying via IDEAL, the app is asking me to via paypal. That’s why I cancelled my order a few times, and I lost my 20% discount. Since my shopping cart was about 500 euro, I didn’t want to lose the 20% discount. In my last attempt, I decided to not cancel the paypal request. Surprise! It directed me to Ideal payment.
It’s been long time I was not doing online cloth shopping. I finally remembered why I stopped using these platforms. I hope their customer service is better than their app and website
