Asana Rebel: Fit worden

Ik ben al na 1 maand gestopt en heb mijn abonnement toen opgezegd. Toch hebben ze dit jaar voor een jaar verlengd? Ze kunnen me niet vertellen hoe ze mij hiervan op de hoogte hebben gebracht. Erg vervelend! Ik krijg nu de helft terug, maar ik zou eigenlijk het volledige bedrag terug moeten krijgen.

I never used the app. Did pay 35,/ last year now you are charging 119,99 there is no way to change my prescription! Not in appstore and contact button on website doesn’t work. I reported you to the ACM in the Netherlands.

I subscribed to Asana a year ago when there was a discount for yearly memberships. Since then, I haven’t received any information about my subscription, and now my membership is about to expire. In the Subscriptions section, you cannot see that you even have a subscription. The only way to cancel it is through the app. I find this a really bad business practice you attract new members, and then you don’t inform them about the expiration.
On the other side I hardly ever used the app.

Heb het een tijdje geprobeerd. Waren prima oefeningen. Helaas niet te streamen vanaf je telefoon. Vervolgens werd abonnement automatisch verlengd en afgeschreven. Ik had al opgezegd. Ze reageren daarna gewoon helemaal niet. Heb al 5 e-mails verzonden. Erg slecht.

Abonnement opgezegd, maar Asana Rebel blijft incasseren. Zeer onbetrouwbare partij!

There is so many excercises (types) to choose from; even if you can only spare 10 min of even 5 min. A day. Also, I love the meditations, for relaxation or anxiety. It is really helping me cope with my stress!

Please don’t use this app, anyways it’s useless but it also auto renewed my subscription for 2 years without giving notice. I hope they will refund but from what I see it’s not so likely. Be aware!

Asana Rebel charged me for a full year without any reminder. I contacted them immediately, didn’t use the app at all, and still they refused to refund. Their customer service hides behind “policy” and shows no basic decency or flexibility. This is not wellness – it’s a trap. Avoid unless you enjoy paying for nothing.

Ik had een jaar geleden een abonnement afgesloten maar de app uiteindelijk niet gebruikt. Tot mijn verbazing werd het abonnement zonder enige melding automatisch verlengd voor nóg een jaar. Direct op de eerste dag van deze verlenging heb ik geprobeerd het op te zeggen, maar dit bleek onmogelijk. Asana Rebel hanteert een streng en inflexibel annuleringsbeleid, zelfs als je het abonnement nog geen dag hebt gebruikt.
Ik ben gewend dat abonnementen via Apple binnen korte tijd nog geannuleerd kunnen worden, maar Asana Rebel houdt zich daar helaas niet aan. Geen coulance of klantenservice die met je meedenkt — alleen een standaard antwoord dat je vastzit aan een volledig jaar. Erg jammer voor een app die gezondheid en welzijn nastreeft.

Ik heb de app vorig jaar gedownload voor een proefperiode voor €39 en kort daarna mijn subscription gecancelled via mijn Apple account. Bij het installeren van de app werd toen overigens aangegeven dat je nergens aan vastzit. Onlangs is ongevraagd een automatische betaling van mijn rekening afgeschreven. Een fors bedrag; €119! Contact met hen opnemen is heel ingewikkeld. Dus kijk uit wat je download of afsluit, het is niet ok!

BE CAREFULL SCAMMERS! Be careful, do not buy. These people will auto renew by taking your account out of your apple account to their website, then just double the price without any notification or consent. They don't even sent an invoice they just take your money. They will probably triple the price next year and people won't even notice it because they are not sending notifications nor invoices.

When setting the weekly goal to 3 days, it says 4 days.. When you select 4 days it says 5 days a week.. Who programmed this? It such an obvious mistake in one of the most important functions of the app! Please fix it asap!

I have downloaded the app but I have never subscribed to their membership and now they are trying to charge me 119.99! Such a scam for a product you never actively subscribed. Be aware!

Vorig jaar abonnement. getest. Bleek niets voor mij te zijn en toen netjes via mijn Apple account abonnement opgezegd. Net wordt er 119€ afgeschreven van mijn rekening voor een volgende termijn. Als je contact wilt opnemen met asana krijg je alleen de melding dat een refund niet mogelijk is en het contact formulier wordt niet verzonden. Geef dit bedrijf dus op geen enkele manier je betaal gegevens, die zijn helaas niet veilig. Hun klantenservice is blijkbaar ingericht om niet te hoeven dealen met opgelichte mensen.
