It’s not possible to change the pice range to a price of your liking. It keeps resetting to the default price range.

My iPhone and iPad are still doing great, despite upgrading iOS to 17 or more is not possible anymore. But now, I cannot use the app anymore, so AirBnB will lose my business on our next trip.
Why is there not an old version without the new extras that still works?

Mooie en heel gemakkelijke te gebruiken app. Jammer dat de vertaling af en toe ‘bijzondere’ vertalingen geeft. Want een ‘stijger’ is toch echt totaal iets anders dan de ‘steiger’ die bij een huis aan het water ligt!

Op mijn iPad kan ik niet meer op
de app komen. Krijg iedere keer de melding dat de app verouderd is en dat de nieuwe app gedownload moet worden. Dit inmiddels meerder keren gedaan, maar melding blijft terugkomen en app (oud of nieuw) kan niet meer gebruikt worden.
Wat kunnen we hier aan doen?

Alleen als ik naar de app-store ga, is er helemaal geen update en staat er open (app)…

Airbnb deleted my valid 3-star review because they’d rather sell their listings. Do not trust reviews!

iOS 18.0 or higher needed for this update. Unfortunately my Phone is not compatible for this iOS. Therefore i can’t use the app and make Bookings anymore.

The thing is, whenever you have a positive experience they allow your comment, but when you have a terrible one and you decide to leave a review and share some feedback, they delete and claim that is “against their policies”. I’m very disappointed, I had the worst experience of my life, yet we left a polite review and afterwards was deleted, now I understand why most terrible places have 4,8+ scores, because the negative ones are deleted therefore even they are horrible they keep high scores. Very unfair, how can you trust that the place you’re going to is really good?

We zijn enorm goed geholpen bij het omboeken van onze accommodatie, alle hulp gekregen nadat onze aanvraag was geannuleerd.

You can’t sort by price anymore. They did intentionally to take more money from customers. In this way they will disappear soon. I will uninstall the app

I stopped using Airbnb at all!
Despite the fact that they charge high price for service fee, they actually do not support customers at all. As many of the Airbnb users here mention, I also faced many times either last moment cancellation by host or checked-in in an apartment in terrible condition. Airbnb policy covers only if you immediately report the place with proves and they might reimburse your money. But that money means nothing if you have to book something in the same day when you face problems, so I have to pay sever times more than the regular price because of the same day booking. This is disgusting! They not only support but play and manipulate the prices when booking. This is very cheap that a multibillion company is such a low level that it rips of customers like this. Hopefully soon there will be successful alternative to this company and I look forward when they file for bankruptcy one day or even imprisonment for possible tax evasions. Sad about people who work for this place, how can they even sleep comfortably in their fancy bed while there are millions of customers being robbed and left scammed by Airbnb. We should all stop using and feeding this unethical and evil corporation!

Had my house trashed and shower being puked in, no help after trying to reach out 20 times. Would really not recommend this service

Sinds de nieuwe mogelijkheden vind ik de app stukken beter werken dan voorheen. Vooral het indelen van de kalender (als host) is nu gebruiksvriendelijker.

I had to contact support recently. The response was brainless - either AI or untrained kids. I have three trips booked, but I will avoid using them again. I’m not confident that they would respond if something big happened. Far cry from a few years ago.
