Sporten zonder na te denken
MeerIk gebruik de 7 min app 3 tot 4 keer per week en vind het heel makkelijk. Zonder na te denken komt de ene kracht oefening na de andere. Tijd en pauze stel ik in en ik kies meestal 3 programma’s achter elkaar.
Nadeel; bij het zelf samenstellen van een programma verspringt het vaak (wijziging wordt niet vastgehouden).5door Huu*******08/06/2023Great app for warm up
MeerBefore work, school or just a workout. I’ve been using this app since begin January. In the beginning it is hard. After just a couple of weeks however you need this for your daily endorfines!

MeerApp geeft duidelijke instructies. Alleen jammer dat het filmpje niet begint voordat de oefening begint en tweede misser is dat je de app wel aan kunt zetten via je applewatch maar helaas zie je de oefeningen niet op de applewatch en ben je genoodzaakt je iPhone erbij te houden.
