MeerOndanks dat in de omschrijving staat, dat het gratis is, is het dat niet. Je moet meteen kiezen tussen een maandelijks of jaarlijks abonnement en dan krijg je 7 dagen gratis.

MeerI have been using it for some time and I really like it. The path towards increasing levels really help me stay motivated and wanting to check the daily practice. I find the simplicity very attractive as most of the apps now are loaded with information that make it difficult to select something quick and get it done. I also find the voice over and music very relaxing.
However, why I cannot give 5 starts yet. I feel it misses some personalization. Sometimes I have 10 minutes or 20 and I would be very happy if I could select for how long do I want to practice (5,10,15). Having the option of 5 is great as I helps you do it no matter how busy you are, but being able to have a second option would be even better. At least for me.
Other kind of personalization that as a user I would really value is being able to choose the focus of the postures. For example: sometimes I may have lower back pain that day, wouldn’t it be awesome if I could click “focus on lower back” and some of the postures selected were focused/recommended for reducing pain on those areas? I would personally love it. Or some days you are less energetic, and having the option of doing other types of yoga “yin yoga” for example which is less demanding. I wouldn’t overload the app, but just a few options so the postures adapt to your daily state would be really awesome.
And finally, statistics. A basic extra page were you can see in which times of the day you practice the most and the frequency, monthly overview etc etc.
With these for me it will create the ultimate yoga app, without all the noise that most of the apps have now. I may have to program it myself4door Lau*******10/04/2023Lekkere oefeningen

MeerGood descriptions of excercises, and suits perfect to a busy scheme. Just five minutes every day, but you feel the impact it has on your body.

MeerGreat app, I do it every morning. Overall very happy. The only downside is that the poses are explained in text + an illustration. A short intruction animation/video for each pose would be more helpful, since I don't always fully understand if I'm doing it right.

MeerIdeale app voor als je een snelle work out nodig hebt. Vooral om te spieren te stretchen. Ook een goede eerste kennismaking voor mensen die nog onbekend zijn met yoga.

MeerDe app werkt in sessies van 5 minuten. De houdingen worden goed opgebouwd. De Engelstalige uitleg is duidelijk te volgen en laat goed zien wat de bedoeling is van de houding.
