I’m not done yet, I started the couch to 5k from this program finished it! I was like what do I do now and saw they had this app haven’t finished it yet but I’m already upto 7k a run now, considered the week1 day 1 was hard to do for me at the start I can tell you if you put your mind to it this really works! Just some tips and experiences, some runs I love and still some others I have to push through and are tough! But I have always managed to do it, always run at your own pace don’t search on google what pace should I run as a beginner that’s all bs run what feels good for you
