Zepp Life (Formerly MiFit)

I always forget what the name of this app is and I have to constantly google to find it. It’s also not handy to use, because the necessary information with graph is not on the main screen

Since a couple of days it keeps crashing. When I open the app it closes within seconds

It does nothing. I open the app, i can scroll around for a couple seconds and thereafter it becomes completely unresponsive… no matter how many a time I restart the app

For a long time, the history overview of sleepdata is empty, while it is possible to scroll back to previous nights.
Should not be that difficult to solve…

Suggestion to add a mode ‘I’m a parent of a young child’, where instead of saying you need to relax etc if you don’t sleep well, it said things like ‘you were taking care of your little one’ ‘your baby was awake a lot, you’ll be tired but you’re a good parent!’

I had been using the Zepp Life app for quite some time, and up until about a month ago, it had been working perfectly fine. However, I've encountered a rather frustrating issue lately that has significantly impacted my user experience. One of the major problems I've been facing is related to the app's handling of gender settings. Every time I used the weighting scale, I had to manually go to my profile and change my sex to female. It was an inconvenience, but manageable. Unfortunately, things have taken a turn for the worse now. No matter how many times I update my gender setting to female, the app insists on reverting it back to male automatically. This has created a lot of confusion and frustration, especially when trying to get accurate results from the body measurements. Speaking of accuracy, the discrepancy caused by this gender setting issue has been quite noticeable. The body measurements and results are completely off, as they are not aligning with the correct gender. This has seriously affected the usefulness and reliability of the app's tracking features. I'm disappointed with this recent development, as it has made an app that was once a valuable health and fitness tool almost unusable. I hope the developers address these issues promptly and bring the app back to its former functionality.

I spend an hour trying to pair my Apple Watch device to this app, pairing just doesn’t work. Also my data from a health app is not shown at Zepp life app

De slaap registratie begint pas om 24.00 uur. Oók als je al om 22.00 uur naar bed gaat. Mis dus elke dag 2 uren. Jammer!

When i tried to set 4 different reminders it saves only the last one. The other 3 contain the data of the 4th i saved. Resulting in 4 event reminders on one time in stead of 4 each on different time

Why can’t I see how late a familie member has slept.. when the family member woke up? And there is a button to send a push notification to a family member but this option doesn’t work.. explain this to me please

It started to crash a lot after last update and it couldn’t add right weights into right person’s profile

Cannot stay in sync with the device so the weather data not available to watch unless you open the phone app (iOS 16 mi band 6)

For more than 2 years the average weekly and monthly sleep graph doesn’t work. Daily sleep is recorded but in no way can I see a graph with amount of sleep for every day. The graph is there, it just doesn’t work.

I was actually really positive about this app, but after last update it keeps on crashing and I cannot use it anymore.

Alles werkt prima, behalve de achtergronden voor de wijzerplaat. Kan ze niet zien en de gratis wijzerplaten kan ik niet downloaden.

Why I can’t pair it with mi band 7pro? It asks me to scan “amazfit watches”…

It worked great but now I have iOS 16 en the app needs to be updated because the app messages and incoming calls are not getting true
