Uber - Vraag een rit aan

I wish I could give a 0 star rating but it doesn’t exist. I had reserved a ride from my house to the airport and the taxi never arrived, I didn’t get any notification, uber didn’t help me find another AND they didn’t offer anything for the distress and this unprofessionalism. I was fighting for 35’ almost missing a flight and for what? Just bc the driver wanted to pick another ride that was more expensive but nobody will say that. This is unacceptable, not only they don’t fulfill the responsibility that comes with the reservation but don’t help or do anything to keep the customers happy after a situation like this.

Blij met en verrast door de eenvoud van de app en het bestellen van de taxi waarbij binnen 15 minuten de taxi werd geregeld. Vriendelijke chauffeur en snelle rit naar huis tegen een redelijke vergoeding!

App has update and opening issues. Whenever there is a new update, update button doesnt come and app doesnt open.

It has happened several times to us that the Uber drivers have started the trip without actually picking up us. Even though I had written to Uber and explained it still Uber didn’t return the money.

Je kunt niet op deze dienst bouwen, vreselijk slechte service en maffia praktijken

Nooit meer met dit bedrijf in zee. Rit wordt gecanceld nog voordat je gaat, annuleren lukt niet, geld kwijt, je moet wachten op de volgende besturen. Je kunt geen klacht indienen of contactleggen met dit bedrijf

Helaas was de rit maar 10 minuten dus gesprek was kort maar wat een nette en interessante chauffeur

De rit naar de luchthaven met David was erg goed, hij was erg attent en vriendelijk, precies op tijd en hij straalt rust uit zodat we heel ontspannen aankwamen op het vliegveld.

Many, many, many popups with ads and promotions. Bad prices, cancelations and unclear/missed pickup points (in London). Back to regular black cabs. Faster and cheaper.

I booked an Uber on August 13. When arrived on destination the driver said the Booking wasn’t paid yet. So I paid the driver on top in cash.
Now both my bankaccount as well as me in person are charged for just one Booking.
