The Pattern: Astrology

I’ve been on the app since six years and I swear I’ve only had anxiety inducing heavy cycles and now after six years I see a pattern (no pun intended): they ALL are the same! Currently I have two that literally are word for word the same for about 70% and they are also the the same message that I’ve had for six years straight. I find it hard to believe that a persons life is ONLY about one thing and it’s suspicious that they all are the same for such a long time even down to wording. I bet it’s just AI without checking

The new interface is super confusing, cluttered, and misses the uniqueness and understandability of the old one. Please do UX/UI tests before big changes… and bring back the old and well-working interface!

I have been using the premium app for years and it’s my favorite app. ❤️ it has helped me a lot in understanding myself. I love the expansions on even more personalized audiOS. AudiOS are amazing

The new update is so complicated. Everything is all over the place, the features and designs that we had gotten familiar with are now irrecognizable to the point that I have stopped using the app and even opening notifications even though it used to be my favourite app which I used to recommend to everyone. The paywall on deeper insights and limited bonds also really suck unfortunately

Before the big interface update I used this app on a daily, now I rarely open it & cancelled my subscription. Please reverse back to the old interface.

Already for many years I use the app and it’s (scary) accurate and really helps me to navigate trough my life.

Used to be an amazing app, simple and clear layout and easy to navigate. Now its just disorganized, things are harder to find and a lot of information is gone

Overall a very informing and accurate app, been using it for a long time. But, ever since the update I’m using it way less, since I’m really not liking the new lay out, older was way better. Thats a real shame.

It kinda feels that the Pattern prediction of their internal brand & UX-designer reads the following:
“Today is a a great place to unleash your creative abilities, let go of old standards and create based on new frameworks. Make something new like no one is watching or cares”
The predictions are amazing, but the UX & and design with every update become more and more unclear.
Would love for it to be simpler, yet tastefully designed.
Else I’d give it 4-5 stars..

I’m really not feeling this new updated version. I don’t like the design. And I can’t find a lot of things, such as the ‘dating’ function.

It’s been a month+ (maybe 2 now) since the big update and I still haven’t become accustomed to it. I’m using it less and less and what was once a cherished personal time every morning with the app has now been lost. It’s sad because I found so much meaning behind the content but I’m really struggling to connect despite my efforts. Is there anyway to give your members a choice to use the former layout? Thank you!

I am really disappointed with the new update, the previous version with all its content was brilliant. now i dont want to open it because i cant seem to find anything in there properly.

I really love this app, it really targets your own personal charts & transits. It always makes sense and it’s easy to understand. Although I really dislike the new update, I find it quite confusing & way less calming as the previous update. The previous version was perfect, very calming/less busy & less confusing. I really hope you guys reverse it. Other than that, LOVE the app :)

Everything changed, much less info for free everything you need to pay for now and no option to read only listening… horrible I used to love this app

I have been using The Pattern for over a year now and I must say this latest update is very disappointing. I really enjoyed the app before but now I avoid it. I, personally, preferred that I could read about everything and that the audiOS were a choice. Now I can't choose anymore, I don't like the audiOS. I prefer to change it back to the version before.

The Pattern used to be one of my favourite apps, but the new interface makes me want to not use it anymore. It is very cluttered, difficult to use and aesthetically not pleasing at all.
I do appreciate the way that bonds are now saved for a day.

Where is the shared experiences feature that used to be part of the old version of this app? I cannot understand the changes that the developers have made. It’s like it’s a completely new app - and not for the better. The ability to share experiences with others created a sense of community and i cannot understand the reasoning behind deleting it. Who made these decisions?
