Yesterday i make order from McDonald’s. And what happened? I wait more that hour, courier didn’t call, but on app I see that delivery come. But nothing. I tell it for support team immediately, but they tell that courier can’t come because bell is not working. Ahahah, in my building we have security post and no bell and building doors open 24/7. And on phone I don’t have any missed call. I didn’t have any food because it was around 10 pm, not normal support, false information, afwul evening and I need to pay for it more that 40 euros. Really?

These drivers and people delivering are ignoring traffic regulations and dangerous, especially for children. Many incidents in the past but the company ignores them. Please, do not use.

The choice of restaurants is really good but the delivery times are really bad most of the times.

I want to leave push notifications on, but the increasing amount of ads/promos and unwanted reminders makes this unbearable.

I’d like to track the order in “dynamic island” but I think this app doesn’t support it. So i need to open the app every time for tracking purposes

Food ordering service with no customer service or follow up, once your order is messed up, you’re on your own! They took their money already and they don’t care about what happens to your order !

I deleted my account and will delete this app. Yesterday I ordered meal from this app and it took 2 hours to receive it. since I dont want to wait for fast food that long I tried to cancel it. When I was trying to cancel the order, there was no option in order details to cancel the order in an app in 2023. I tried to reach out to customer support there was only email communication. I received a delayed reply for my delayed order. Received a response from customer support 15 hours later than I received my order. I am not buying a couch that I can tolerate the late responses from customer support I am buying food which requires a proper Customer support that should take actions in minutes.

Makkelijk uitzoeken en bestellen. Gaat bij kijken naar een restaurant ook niet meteen terug naar het begin. Vlotte app

The app does what it needs to do but address storage & payment system are frustratingly client unfriendly.

Food was good. But I don’t understand if the app is supposed to be in English why everything from the restaurants is still in Dutch... it looses its purpose to download the app in English

Fijne app, wel jammer dat je je bestelling niet kan zien als hij onderweg is, omdat je naar de foodtracker moet kijken. :(
