So I’ve used this app for 6 months or so now, and I really enjoy it! It’s sleek and easy to use and a very nice way of staying active in short amount of time per day and with no equipment needed.
What I do miss though is more preset choices for certain types of workouts. While you can set these yourself in the app, the whole reason i use an app is because i dont want to have to design my own workout. It would be really great to have presets for ‘back’, ‘arms’, ‘legs’ and ‘core’.
It would be even better if there was an additional stretching/flexibility set that you can add either before or after a workout or both, or even as a workout on its own!
If there was a page with instructions for each exercise that would be even more amazing (how to do a donkey kick is still unclear to me) and maybe even a small indicator on the stick figure to see which muscles are worked out in each exercise.
Anyways, i don’t regret buying the app and will still use it regularly until the gyms open again.
