Simplenote

This app makes note taking a more simple and fluid experience. Although, it would be better with the incorporation of ability to add images and pdfs.

Wanted something that syncs across devices and nothing fancy - something low effort to begin and start organizing thoughts and todos. So happy to have found this in a quick search and works just as expected. As a developer myself, I couldn’t have designed it better

This app forces every single word to start in caps. This is a known and longstanding issue they refuse to fix. Not usable to me until it is fixed.

Update 4.48 added Simplenote Sustainer, but there appears to be a mistake in the pricing. That is, I cannot believe that you seriously expect someone to pay € 24.49 per month or € 244.99 per year, even though it is entirely optional.
I use Simplenote daily, I think it is great, wouldn’t want to be without it, so supporting you would not be out of the question for me. But not for these prices. Has maybe the decimal point been moved too far to the right?

I have left several reviews here in the app store and the developer’s response is always to contact Simplenote via email. Which I have done several times in the last few months, but I never got a reply. Nothing. There is no other way to contact you (I checked the website). It seems I only get a response here in the app store so this will be my last try. Are you receiving my emails?

Love the app for its intuitive simplicity. It offers the essential, including synchronization across devices. Perfect to jot quick notes during meetings. A gem!

Door de instantane synchronisatie kun je snel wisselen van device. Iets noteren op je telefoon en thuis op de PC verder uitwerken zonder bestanden te hoeven opslaan en openen. App openen en meteen verder gaan waar je gebleven was.

Simplenote is a great app which I couldn’t do without. I use it for all my notes, reminders and drafts which I can access anywhere. Greatness is also in its simplicity.

I use this app for about ten years I guess, and still to my great satisfaction. I use it as a diary and it’s still going strong.
It’s indeed simple and that’s one of the strengths.
Syncing between several devices including web access is super.
No other app has this yet. And the backup is in simple txt-files, one for each note.

Does what it should - quick and easy to use without any extra clutter. Just exactly what you need to stay on track/on top of things.

I'm using this app for several years now and it has never failed on me. No crashes, no dissapearing notes. Just works as you should expext.

Basic notetaking on every platform. And with Some digging avanced organisation with tags.
With the last a feature request. Make it simpeler (visual) to select 2 or more tags.

Het is simpel clean en snel. Precies wat eht moet doen en geen extra onzin. Goeie app zowel voor moviel and desktop, en hij sync erg goed.

It’s not the app with the most features, but Simplenote is best in simply taking notes and syncing works seamlessly. I also love the option to share notes through the web.

One of my most used apps. Syncs messages with al my devices: iPhone , iPad and apple computers. Life would be less without it
