Rebtel: Top-ups And Calls

Het is ergo moeilijk om contact te krijgen. Een nummer dat je een half jaar geleden probleemloos kon bellen duurt maanden om contact te krijgen. Vaak zijn nummers niet te bellen.

Hij functioneert niet. Elke keer dat ik probeer te bellen mijn verbinding gaat naar sos.

Not sure what is wrong with them but the app has become super slow and glitchy even to contact a customer service agent you take ages to type a message. Are they gone out of business and have they shut down?

Several times the line fell in the middle of important calls. Long time waste to start again, especially with customer service calls.
Plenty credit, so it’s an internal issue. Please fix!

I bought credit and tried calling but the app crashes when I hit the call button. I tried to create a ticket and contact support but that also does not work with no clear error message or anything.

I tried to make an account numerous times, but I don’t receive a verification SMS at all. Tried this with different phone numbers and one different phones, but doesn’t work. Please fix the issue, because now the app is unusable for me.

I had been enjoying using the Rebtel app for international calling until I ran into some technical hurdles that prevented me from using the service as I normally would. I appreciate that customer support attempted to assist me, however, they either couldn't grasp the nature of the problem or lacked the resources to effectively address it. My credit was refunded in full.

Rebtel is deceiving people by their prices. As soon as you call, you hear a voice telling you if you want to charge your credit again and “you are paying for hearing their automatic voice”. They charge you the entire time the phone is ringing and it will cost you approximately “3 minutes” more on each call! That’s such a cheap way for them to make more money! I will delete this app as soon as my credit.

REALLY BAD APP. made the payment and I can't call. The 3 free minutes that they told me free does not work. does not work the first week for free. an app disaster

Bought €1 welcome for 10 minutes, all gone without talking anyone! Bunch of thieves! Gimme back my money!

I just took this account to record an important call. While I received this call j didnt get a message on top of my screen to record. And when I manually went to the app to start up the record it puts your on going call on pause because you need to call into a server first.
This is not for individual use who want to protect themselves. This is maybe for business.
Now I cannot delete my account bought an hour ago because it says I used it. Which I didn’t because I couldn’t.

Just new user instead of Voipbuster since they changed the rates. Im not sure with Rebtel... it needs your mobile number and then spams it with weekly messages, dont know how to get rid of that. Then they need your credit card to really try the service, for starter you get 3 min to try..., and there is no other way then creditcard or the appstore way to buy credit.... like even payment via paypall or ideal would be lot better.. hate to give credit card and let you just deduct what you guys want.

I used this for two years to stay in touch with my mum. In the last months, something happened and it is terrible. I can’t hear the phone ringing at her side and hope she stays on the line until we finally get connected. Often she can’t hear me so I need to call her on my mobile. What did you guys do? It was excellent but this is not acceptable, so i am leaving

Nice app but it sucks when I can't buy a 5€ worth of credit for 5€ from the app store. That is very irritating!

La verdad acabo de bajar esta app por una oferta de 40 minutos por 1 € para llamar a Venezuela y me parece muy buena, solo puedo decirle que hagan el intento y prueben esta app, hasta ahora solo e dictado una llamada a Venezuela y me fue súper ...

Pros: The voice quality is excellent in both data/landline mode.
Cons: You hear the ring even if the connection is not made.
