Please for the love of god give me the option to undo the latest email grouping update

I hate the new update with the separated inboxes. Why can’t I disable it. This is stupid. Please fix it

Absolute aanrader qua functionaliteit. Het Proton-team blijft continu verbeteringen doorvoeren en dat merk je. Ik ben inmiddels bijna 3 jaar lid en de app is in die tijd met sprongen vooruitgegaan. Alles werkt soepel en betrouwbaar, en je merkt dat privacy echt centraal staat in plaats van een bijzaak.
Wanneer je waarde hecht aan privacy is dit wat mij betreft de beste keuze. Zeker aanbevolen.

Chique logo, geweldige service en zo fijn om geld en data te investeren in een bedrijf dat Europese onafhankelijkheid versterkt!

apperently you need to pay if you dont want to be forced to have sent from blabla device under every email, i dont get this functon. i have a @protonmailadress ffs. my take is that proton likes to leak stuff. in this case, every device i own.. stop turning my personal and proffesional emails into unwanted ad slop. how long till they just sell your data to ice or something?

Erg tevreden met Proton Mail. Zeker als je ook gebruik maakt van simplelogin.
Mail app zelf is overzichtelijk, makkelijk in gebruik.
Enige minpunt is dat forwarded mail blanco laat zien. Deze kan ik dus niet openen noch lezen.

Proton Mail is voor mij als 81 jarige duidelijk, eenvoudig en daardoor gemakkelijk. De lay out en woordkeuze voor mij perfect

Top klasse mail reader etc. De mooiste laatste feature is dat je Gmail kan laten doorsturen en ook Jan beantwoorden in Priyon. Een mooie geleidelijke weg om Gmail op termijn voor mij te beëindigen. Top !

The excessive zooming/scaling of HTML newsletters in the iOS app is becoming extremely frustrating. Reading many newsletters on iPhone is almost impossible because the content is displayed at an unusably large scale.
This issue has been present for quite some time. Please prioritize a fix for the iOS rendering/zoom behavior, as it significantly impacts the user experience. Thanks!

Nogal wat irritante bugs, zoals de telling van ongelezen berichten die blijft hangen, een zijmenu dat soms moeilijk opent.
Bovenstaand tellingsprobleem is op te lossen met uit- en inloggen, maar dan zijn er weer wat dingen gereset zoals de e-mail handtekening.
Kortom, werkt, maar wel ruimte voor verbetering.

You doing great but I really need an email client. I can make an email with several providers based in europe but I need an european based email client with no nonsense

truly scummy. wants me to pay a subscription to remove it. why would anyone use this function? i have a proton adress so people can see with theri eyes what i use. the only thing it does is doxxing my devices. this happened, now i dont have a €1000 phone anymore because its stolen thanks to proton wanting to squeeze some money out of me.

Al enige jaren ben ik bij Proton. Alle andere mailaanbieders rustig afgebouwd/uitgefaseerd. Helemaal blij met alle Protondiensten. Ook de mailfaciliteiten.

Since 2017 I have been using Proton Mail. The Proton system consists of email, calendar etc. and it really works for me. I deleted my Gmail accounts without any regrets. I can recommend this for everybody who wants to leave the U.S. providers. Proton also has the possibility to import all your emails from Google, Yahoo etc. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m a big privacy advocate and hence willing to pay for the paid Proton suite, but even after years they don’t manage to introduce the most basic functionalities in their apps. I understand the challenges of encrypted services (e.g. when building search options), but workarounds have existed for years and for some reason Proton lacks behind

Sinds vele jaren gebruik ik Protonmail. Ik startte met een gratis account, maar sinds enkele jaren betaal ik voor een iets uitgebreidere account. De prijs is redelijk en ik heb gmail vaarwel gezegd. Het hele Proton systeem is gewoon geweldig met vpn, agenda, email en meer. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die het Amerikaanse systeem achter zich wil laten. Zet die stap en je wordt niet teleurgesteld.

Very happy with the app in general. One thing that really irks me is that the unread mails badge goes up without opening the app, but doesn’t lower when you’ve read the mails on another device or in the web environment. I’m never sure whether I have actual new mail or just have to update the counter on this device.

Being also a MS Outlook and Gmail user, it is always interesting to make a comparison.
I use Proton since January and I quite like it.
First, the setup process was easy and went pretty smooth.
I got used to Proton mail quickly as it has a clean design. One suggestion for improvement is the nesting and label feature. I like the Gmail labeling and nesting system better (more options). A minor remark is about the address book: it is not very well visible so people might have difficulties spotting it.
Other than that, I am a happy Proton user: easy to use, knowing that my data is encrypted.
