I started about five years ago using this pilates app. I had no pilates experience whatsoever. I started at the absolute beginner level. I loved it so much that I started working out more and more. Currently I’m doing intermediate and advanced levels 4 to 5 times a week. Pilatesology has changed my life, body and mind. I can’t do without it. I recommend this app to anyone.

As an Pilates instructor with a focus on recovery and strengthening I can highly recommand this app. The variety in classes in mat, reformer, Tower, cadillac and chair is enormous. It’s a real pleasure to follow all the classes. You Will not be disappointed!
