The nebula app keeps charging me for a subscription that I don’t have and so cannot cancel. Nothing in the app, nothing on the site and nowhere to get in contact because the customer service isn’t answering. DONT FALL FOR CHECKING IT OUT YOU LOSE A LOT OF MONEY

I have been charged for 4 months consecutively an inappropriate amount of money, namely 41.99 EUR every month. Even though it has not been mentioned anywhere at the point of purchase of the report for 1 EUR that you are entering into the agreement with them and subscribing yourself. It does not state anywhere that you pay for subscription trial rather than for the report. And yet, this is what they do. Later on, you receive an email asking you how was your first week? Some watered down paragraphs in between and only then comes the section called: “What’s next?” And only there they write that “Your trial access, which you purchased for 1 EUR … ends soon …”
Don’t trust this app! They are scammers that have good lawyers who worked hard on a wording that would fault you no matter what!

Don’t fall for it they charge your card constantly I am talking with police now and my bank

I saw an advertisement for a free starseed type reading. After filling in questions about that, I was forced to download the app to see the results. Then I was a minimum of 5 times being asked if I wanted a subscription (and every time I said no). I should have been warned. In the end I got the chart for €1,- and later automatically being charged €39,- for a membership I never wanted , used or will use or never asked for. Luckily I got my money back after some serious emailing.
Be warned! Why would you want make a “spiritual” app and then use that trick to lure people into a subscription if they only want to see the result of a “free reading”?
And as you can see if you set the reviews at “most recent “ , this has been going on for some time. Each time they excuse themselves, but the deception stays the same?

It’s a bit expensive but the fact you get answers from real persons changes the game

Cancelled subscription, systems dont work, still got a receipt saying I paid, blocked them now from payment site. Looks like their own horoscope and aura are not in the best state.

This is terrible! I already canceled my subscription many times and still they get money from my credit card!

Its like impossible to unsubscribe what I thought wasnt a subscription. This is plain wrong. I wish they banner these types off apps and hardshiOS of cancellation. I will consider reportinh you to the authoritues and everything on Instagram

By providing a test about your profile you are forced to pay and download the app to get the result. But the result is: no testresult.

als je iets probeerd staat er dat je 1 euro moest betalen zodra je dit doet halen ze gewoon geld van je rekening zonder dat je iets heb gekocht, ook zonder abbonement halen ze geld van je rekening dit lijkt op oplichting

I never gave permission to collect money from my account. But they keep collect money. So i block them. They won’t get any money from me no more.
