MyScript Notes: AI Handwriting

I would appreciate if instead of adding non-sensical features (i.e., see iA Writer's well-rounded philosophy on this) you could instead focus on fixing core issues with the app, such as proper syncing between devices without non-stop need to close, open, and refresh the applications.

I went through all note taking apps I could find. Even if this one does not have all the bells and whistles; if you need a solid app with fast and precise offline HTR give this one a try. Personally nothing has beaten MyScript Notes for me.

The app crashes very often, typically when scrolling page by page through notes. Re-opening the app and scrolling again consistently leads to new crashes. This makes the app hard to use.

Super goede transcriptie van handgeschreven naar getypte tekst. Overzichtelijke mapstructuur en heb daarin nog 1 wens, zou graag willen koppelen met iCloud en/of One Drive

Hello, it looks like that my lifetime subscription is no longer valid with the latest version? My username/password combination is not accepted anymore, restore purchase is also not working anymore. Is that correct?

Dit is echt een app die ik elke dag gebruik. Lekker schrijven met de pencil en dan exporteren daar waar ik de geschreven en omgezette tekst heen wil hebben. Heerlijk en het werkt subliem.
Ook een uitgebreide mail schrijf ik eerst in Nebo en dan exporteer dit via mail. Het wordt direct omgezet. Ff nalopen op schrijf fouten en weg ermee. Toch weer even met de pen geschreven net als vroeger.
Dat typen heb ik niets mee.

This app will not work unless you create an account. Despite of all the promises not to touch my notes, I do not want an account… I do not need an account and I don’t want it. (I am a happy user of the iOS version without an account… and the moment you start me to require an account I will stop using it, because: I don’t want an account).

Ondanks de aankoop van de volle versie, synchroniseert de app slecht tussen iPad en iPhone. Verversen lukt niet, en na dagen wachten, vol opgeladen nog steeds niet. Heb de app eenmaal van de iPhone er af gehaald en opnieuw geïnstalleerd, en moest nogmaals de purchase betalen: de eerde aankoop werd niet herkend, ondanks hetzelfde account. Jammer allemaal, want verder een ok app.

De sync werkt tussen iPad en iPhone niet optimaal: niet in real time, daardoor veel conflicten en onvolledige syncs. Jammer!
Daarnaast is er nog een bug: als je de kleur van de tekst aanpast, en je hebt tekst onderstreept, dan gaat de onderstreping niet mee in de kleurverandering
Wel goed gaat het schrijven en de woordherkenning! Ook de AI chat functie werkt goed.
Ik wacht ook nog steeds op een versie van de app voor mijn macbookpro, die heeft geen M chip, waar deze relatief simpele app wel om vraagt.

I was looking for something exactly like this for longer time, all others demand subscription to work, also like time possible but way over budget, and if you buy it you still gets tons of offers with extra this extra that for quite big amount of money. This all works perfectly, I’m very thankful for developers and whole team. Best of luck for You!

For handwriting in combination with mathematics it is the best app by far. What i like a lot is that you can scrabble through your text to delete the parts you want. No other app has this. And now there is math conversion in the note section, which makes this app perfect.

Ik schrijf regelmatig gespreksverslagen, of teken mindmaps of diagrammen. Dit werkt allemaal super goed met Nebo. Zelfs mijn slechte handschrift wordt goed herkend en geconverteerd. Alle functionaliteiten die ik nodig heb, zoals diagram herkenning, math conversie, makkelijk uitlijnen en inkleuren en gewoon een snelle user interface, zitten er in waardoor ik makkelijk kan kiezen of ik een snelle notitie kan uitwerken of uitgebreide diagrammen kan maken. Super app

Hands-down the best hand writing recognition app I’ve ever used, ideal with my iPad and Pencil. Also easy when whiteboarding on Teams or other collab app.
The support is also very good. In the past 3 years I have seen 2 situations where an update introduced a significant bug and in both cases it was solved within 24 hours. Really good.

Ik heb de pro gekocht voor 10 euro. Ik denk zelf dat je voor tien euro wel iets meer kan krijgen. Bijvoorbeeld meer tools en meer opties. Maar verder bijvoorbeeld de ai en al de andere tools vind ik helemaal top! Echt een goede app

Use Nebo nearly everyday for note-taking and organising my thoughts. Very straightforward to use and the handwriting recognition makes turning my notes into text documents very easy! Haven’t actually really used the AI functions yet, but will try later. Also very fond of the continuous updates and added functionality! Would love it though if there were some more options for structuring my documents, such as tags (with filters) or subfolders. Note that lots of note taking in large documents (hundreds of pages) is a lot slower, so I tend to split up my text books in chapters.

I love this app and use it almost every day! Only thing I’m missing is choosing the font when converting from my own handwriting to fonts. If this could be added, it would be the best! The handwriting reconditioning from Dutch is superb!

Hi Tried Nebo after a toutube review and i gave it a try. Its nice that you can create a note like a canvas which gives you sufficient room to write . The new document function gives you the regular paper note format. When making notes with a keyboard its a bit a hassle to continue writing once you get out of the text field. What really impressed me was the summarize and Quiz option. Really cool! I also liked the delete / whipe text and moving of text
