I tried for weeks to log in, change and create other login but , for what ever reason, I cannot login to my account anymore!
So, that’s a big downer!

MeerNice app for getting around and getting wait times and making dinner reservations. A little to much advertising for lightning lane passes. Photopass is a real disappointment. You cannot download all photos and videos at once. Downloading of photos repeatedly failed. Downloading videos seems to complete successfully, but no video is downloaded at all. When sharing the same video it stalls at 0%. Since photo pass is a paid service one would expect that it is functioning better and batch downloading is available

MeerFor a Disney app, it is very disappointing. The user experience is confusing and frustrating. The Genie+, fast lane and queueing options require a PhD. It actually is a bit of a downer before you get to the parks.

MeerThe app when clicking on check availabilities for droid depot to make a reservation will keep on loading and just won’t work from there anymore. Tried on on someone else his phone. Same thing.

MeerDag Animal Kingdom betekent vooral eindeloos wachten in de rij bij attracties ipv vooral genieten van de attracties. Door de lange wachtrij word je extra kritisch of de attractie wel leuk genoeg is en de moeite waard van al dat wachten. En dat is soms niet het geval.
Bovendien kun je hierdoor niet het hele park en alle attracties zien wat toch enorm zonde is, zeker van de dure tickets3door Men***28/07/2022Everything in one ap
MeerThis is what customer experience is all about. Literally everything I as a Disney customer feel I need to see, read or have access to, is available in this app. Disney has user experience under control.
I have not been able to test the app in the park. My experience up to now makes me feel that should be a good experience. Looking forward to our trip in 5 months.5door Hib****25/11/2019Linking a pass on iPhone does not work
MeerI tried adding our 2 passes to my account bit it dies not work on iPhone. On my iPad it works fine. The button on the bottom keeps greyed out on iPhone after scanning the ticket.

MeerThe app is nice when it has finally been able to authenticate you. But sometimes I need to kill the app twice before it does, this makes looking up things quickly a pain and without sufficient signage in the park with waiting times e.g. this makes working with the app a real hassle.

MeerThere are a lot of possibilities in the app! A few downsides are the connectivity with friends. It’s a bit difficult to get around with multiple people if you want to plan fast pass tickets. Sometimes this function doesn’t work at all or your planned tickets don’t appear. Also the map for the current queue times doesn’t load properly. But furthermore it’s a nice app and works ok!

MeerFirst thunder mountain breaks down after a 85 min wait for nothing than continuous delays at splash mountain because of technicalities. Waiting in lines since 10 AM, completed one ride at 14:45. Hopeless and feel sorry for the kids.
