Microsoft OneNote

From the moment Microsoft and other companies switched to the cloud everything becomes slower and slower. It takes a lot of time to start your navigation in your car. OneNote starts very slow. By placing the notebooks on my local disk and start OneNote form there it is much more responsive.

Free sync across every platform, all the necessary features fur free with no limits, infinite board, drawing, file attachment, nice and intuitive folder structure, zero unnecessary overly complicated tools. Idk the only thing I can complain about is that ugly purple color, some customization would be nice.

Since a while when there is a picture a note the title of that note is not displayed in the recent pages view. Very annoying

Offer at least one additional layer in each book to help organise with collapsible (folder or project arrangement) make it easy to navigate and view 2 or more pages or sections. Some formation options would also be helpful

The app no longer syncs for some reason, and it’s convinced me to start using Obsidian instead. Making templates was already broken on my desktop pc, but it’s getting worse and worse

Suddenly when there is a photo in the note the title of the note is not presented, only the picture in the view of notes. So which note is it?
iPhone

OneNote version 16.108 does not work, it gives a blank screen on iPadOS 26.4.1.
Hardware reboots and reinstalling the app do not solve the issue.
