I thought for this one time, let’s try this app, had to pay little under 30 euros for 3 months. Offcourse didn’t get a memo that my subscription was ending and was automatically continued, but the price! They charged me 140 euros for a 3 month subscription! I filled in the contact form to ask kindly to refund the 140 but offcourse this isn’t possible. I will never install anything like this again, thanks for showing again that all these apps are a fraud!

La promoción decía que era gratis, después de registrarme me cobraron usd 19.90 y luego me cobraron usd 49.9 más y no están dispuestos a hacer la devolución incluso cuando la he pedido el mismo día de la “compra”. No se dejen engañar tienes cláusulas abusivas. Utilizan el engaño para abusar.

I was really enjoying the videos but I was shocked to learn it costs 55 EUR per month. I signed up when it was advertised as 5 EUR per week, so canceled immediately when 55 was charged. The subscription is still running until the end of the month, so I’ll keep doing the exercises until then.

Lovely app, but the support team is not supportive at all. No answers, only standardized information.

I dont even know if the face yoya works, before you get there they allready scam you into paid programs you didnt order and decline to refund. Don’t try, skip it, it’s/ scam.

Charge you for stuff you did not order. Misleading and unfriendly customer service. Should have known better...

Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been rebilled multiple times after canceling and even after contacting support. This kind of aggressive billing and poor customer service is unacceptable. If your product isn’t generating enough revenue, improve it - don’t resort to sneaky charges. I expected more from a company like this. Proceed with caution.

What started with a good experience ended with the worst experience due to terrible customer service.
As I was no longer actively using the app, I canceled my subscription in July. The cancellation shows in the app and the app features were no longer accessible to me. However, Luvly billed me again a few months after the cancelled subscription. 9 emails down the line (back and forth) they’re still trying to force me into a membership and refuse to pay back the incorrectly deducted subscription fee. They want to offer me a discount and don’t accept the fact that I no longer want to be subscribed. At the same time I still don’t have access to the app features even though they charged me.
I honestly have never had a worst customer service experience than this one. Nice app if you use it but try to cancel it and you’re down a rabbit hole. There should surely be similar apps around where customer service works in a friendly matter and where you do have the option to cancel a subscription of you no longer want one.

Got the app from insta add (stupid me) for 9.91 eur “initial monthly subscription”. Immediately got charged twice the same price for “personalized program” and when cancelled - was kicked out of the “premium” immediately, although the subscription charge remains valid for full month.

Training is good.
But be very careful to not pay extra costs after completing your registration. One click on the wrong button and extra costs has to be paid.

Exercises are ok, but the way they lure their ‘customers’ in with a cheap trial and then make them pay for a full year without it being clear how to cancel upfront = dirty and not a business that one should want to be associated with.
Once they took the money, I was finally able to cancel the membership.

Very difficult to get rid of the subscription and they keep charging over 50 euros per quarter. Expensive for what you receive.

This is the biggest scam. They say refundable yet when you want to cancel within the 1st hour of subscribing they say they don’t refund you. Be very careful because they also charge you for extra “services” without any action asking you to confirm. Moreover you subscribe, pay, but your password doesn’t work. Then you have to reset your password but there is no link to reset your password. To reset your password you have to reach out to customer service that doesn’t respond. This is ridiculous. This is fraud. How can this app be allowed in the app store it ia unbelievable!

Don’t need to think about which exercise to perform. Really easy, straight forward app. Curious bout the results!

I bought two weeks of discounted package without subscription and I also checked whether if there is a subscription or not and it was not. After 15 days, they have purchased 85 euros for a month. They claimed that this will not be visible as a subscription on the app and it needs to be canceled by using a special link as s mentioned in blabla policy and this money will not be returned. Also app was giving error when I tried to canceled at the beginning but since subscription was not visible on the aop, I thought it is canceledz Do not know what is going on but I thought this app is trusted but apparently they are having a sneaky scam method of binding customer these days. No one replying my emails.
