IDrive Online Backup

I noticed your website has about 30 trackers on it. This does not seem like an appropriate thing to do when you handle the data of your paying clients.
Please remove as many as you possibly can and regain some trust from your clients.

There is no way of getting in touch with customer service! The mails come back as rejected
I am not happy with the app as I have to download the videos first before being able to watch them. The pictures are completely out of order in the ‘time line’ and they load incredibly slowly.
The desktop version keeps reloading every half second until I gave up and closed the window
What a waste of money

This app is supposed to back up your phone, but only does so when the app is active in the foreground. As soon as the iPhone screen is in sleep mode nothing happens. So however happy I am with the Mac application, this is a useless addition.

Only backing up photo’s, video’s, contacts and calendars. What happens to all the other data ?
All backups failing without telling me why. App is stuck in backup and cannot be killed. I won’t even bother to ask support, because these guys have no idea. Am running iDrive on my Mac for a year now and none of my support questions have been properly answered.

The app crashes while uploading the 4th photo. After a restart, same thing happens. Very annoying and thus unusable.

Account werkt wel op PC met W10, maar app op iPhone en iPad is onmogelijk om in te loggen. Zou een leuke app kunnen zijn,maar niet zo. Jammer!

To bad the service is not working and it takes 1,5 month to respond that my dvice is not supported. After sending 4 times the loges updated the application on advice from iDrive. Do not use this service. Only when you are an expert and knows all the ins and outs of backup, linux etc.

App freezes after startup.
Can not access account on my iPhone.
After iOS update 10.0.2 it is ok again!

Through a sweet deal from 9-5 Mac for only $10 Unlimited Cloud for Unlimited Time. Great X-Mas deal for me. Maybe it will come back around some Day. But 1 TB/ (Unlimited ) for $ 4,99 a year is an opportunity you can't pass on. Very competitive when compared to MS Cloud, Google drive, Dropboxx etc.

If you like to see an app crashing then use this one. Never seen an app crashes so much as iDrive. And never seen so slow upload as with this app. The latest version is realy bad...

Would be a great app if it wouldn't crash when trying to backup the contacts.
Tried all I could but still crashing.

I can't belive that i lived without this app (and no i am not payed or anything...)
