I was really happy to get a prepaid card for 3 month with my guitar set. But then to renew the cost was jacked up to 199 euro yearly. Pricing online said other annual options were available. Made a new account, other email, applied for yearly, got a 50% reduction and it became 81 euro yearly. And then suddenly my subscription was ended by Fender during trial while in Apple subscriptions it’s still active. But I can’t log in to continue my progress. And gave to renew through their site.
Dear Fender, you just lost yourselves a customer. And you should fire the person in charge of customer experience. The pricing for your app is all over the place and not consistent at all. And apparently a customer buying an electric guitar set with prepaid card will get punished to pay more for the app.
Absolutely the worst app experience I have had ever!
