Fabulous: Daily Habit Tracker

Completely unhelpful and terrible user experience. They send an overwhelming amount of notifications, try to push extra apps for like every daily activity and the graphics look soulless/ AI generated. Plus they will charge you for the "free trial" twice - watch out for extra fees even if you cancel early.

I accepted the free trial only to be debited 40 euros every to months. This is fine but the way it is done is so that the 40 euros are withdrawn discreetly. Once you have realised you have a subscription to a useless app it is then made very hard to cancel the subscription with a different method of doing so depending on where the subscription was taken out. Would not recommend, there are loads of free alternatives that won’t end up taking money from you for almost a year without you noticing or having any benefit from it.

Expensive and overpriced application. Lets you pay excessive amounts for additional services. Difficult to cancel due to inregular process.

They wil charge extra on your card and you wil nog get it back from them. I only wanted a 9,99 subscription, now im 30€ in how lovely is that? But they have a really “good” help desk; if you email them the same minute about the extra charges, you just won't get it back.

Money hungry company, doesn’t do refunds after taking €95 euro. Never even knew i subscribed to this shady business

From the moment you start, this app bombards you with ads for their other apps. Often it’s not even clear whether you’re interacting with an ad or the actual app you’re registering for, since the dialogues and phrasing are purposefully similar.
Very unpleasant way to interact with customers!

Worst app ever and these people scam you for 35 euros a month. Even-though you cancel everything they still try to charge you. NEVER DOWNLOAD.

I have been using a plate subscription version of Fabulous. I complained about the speed of the app which is abnormally slow at most of the time. There are some really navy screens that I rather would disable and go straight to my list of activities and check the boxes and that is where the main issue is located. The longer the list the slower and sometimes most of the I get stuck.
I decided to renew subscription but still the app is anoyingly sliw. Ticking the activitues is ysyally followed by shutting down the app and restarting just to finish the selection. Also please give users the option to deselect all those animations. It's a waste of time. Really a great app but with poor speed and opt outs lacking. Please give users the option to not see all those a animations. And speed up selection of activities

Don’t download this. They are scammers and will make you pay money without your consent.

Keeps writing off money once in a while, i never started a free trail or a sub… Insane scam.

I’ve canceled my free trail. They still took 3 times 34,99 from my account. I’ve tried to contact them but of course there’s nothing they can do. You seemed helpful but y’all are just a bunch of scammers preying on ADHDers.. PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

I cancelled my membership before the trial was over and still got charged a bunch of money! outrageous!

Just write now, you take from my account 40,84+35+35+26,83 EURO in row! 4 days ago I just paid 1,05 EURO to get a scedule for myself, which I couldn’t get as well. Npw I will ask abn ambro bank if they can cancel, or you refund asap right now!
That was last Friday, Today you took the same amount again! Total I lost 275,83 EURO ! No subscription no report nothing!
Please refund ASAP and stop taking money!

Many bad reviews made me hesitant and the hassle it took to cancel the trial plus the amount of emails I received confirmed the feeling.
Deliberately making it hard to end a trial/subscription and profiting off people who overlook that you have to also cancel all of the addons separately is something I stay far away from.

I signed up for a trial but then never received any correspondence, didn’t download the app, and was charged for a year before I realised.

What a terrible experience! I figured let’s see what this app is about, so paid €1 to see what it is, then get a bank notification that there’s been another charge for 1:1 counseling. I was not impressed so wanted to cancel and refund my money.
I had to create an account, 2 attempts to create a password. Then login and go to another section of settings where I had to cancel 2 separate subscriptions, only after having to explain myself in 4 screens, then begging if I please want to stay.
This is horrible behaviour especially if you consider the target audience of people who need some support. This whole experience is set up to extract the maximum amount of money from some generic low effort pseudo behavioural ‘science’ I rarely felt so angry towards an app.
