EvolveYou: Strength For Women

Great app but personally, I use this when I go to the gym. But very little of the workouts actually have workout with gym equipment. Which is a pity as I would like to see more of that.
It’s limiting my training options.
And I can’t cancel and get a new app as I have a 12 months script with this one.

The 7 day free trial is a SCAM. I wanted to try the app for just a week before spending money on it. But they immediately took the money. SCAMMERS.

Really love the workouts, they’re challenging but it’s so easy to stay consistent with a program I truly enjoy! The recipes are great too. Would love to get some more savory breakfast options :) but overal 11/10 stars!

I am very happy with the app, it’s been a month that I’m using it and I’ve been trying different workouts and programs. I do mostly the pre-recorded videos and not the workouts without video (so far I don’t like working out like that, perhaps that changes in the future)
Also their customer service is amazing! They helped me with a payment issue providing a good solution super quickly!

I haven’t been able to use the app at all yet since I downloaded it weeks ago. Maybe I’m unlucky but every time I access it it gives me the “Apologies” screen. Will review again when I manage to pass this screen!

Since the update I find the app less clear.
You can’t fill in the weights when you go until faillure. The EMOMS and METCONS have the same problem. The reps you need to do are not really clear. When you go to the next set it takes the reps from the previous sets. Would be nice if it is fixed in a new update.
I hope they will also fix the option availabilty. When you want to swicht to an other excercise they aren’t always optional (but is possible in an other scedule).

Yet the app took money this year again. The subscription isn’t even visible in my apple subscriptuons, i’d like to cancel immediately

There has been a technical issue for 2 days now, is there already a date when it gets fixed?

The app is great but it would be nice if it had a pause button for when you have to wait or take longer to get ready when you're switching between sets.

I am really interested in getting a subscription for this app but when I choose a monthly subscription it says it will cost me €112 yearly. Can I pay for this monthly or do I have to pay for a year ahead immediately?

Over het algemeen dik tevreden, dan heb ik het over de inhoud van de app. Duidelijke programma’s en veel keuze. Echter werkt de app vaak niet. Geeft een error aan en wanneer ik de app verwijderen en opnieuw download kan ik niet meer inloggen… Zo jammer!

I have been following Krissy for a few years I believe. I have been wanting the app for a petty long time and I have downloaded it yesterday. I am so disappointed. It's so glitchy. I love the idea of it. I still have to work out with it. But the meal planning for example, is not working properly. It glitches out. If you type oats, you can find only two while there are way more oats recipes. I can't find the things I saved. I am not sure if I will keep the subscription after the trial now.

Great workouts, but this app has always been buggy. It’s becoming very sad and annoying to deal with actually. Been using it since the tone & sculpt days, but I’m going to look for another app.

Afwisselende trainingen, goede opbouw in het schema en de mogelijkheid om een andere oefening te kiezen als je dat wilt. Ik vind het heel relaxed dat ik zelf niet over mijn training hoef na te denken en dat iedere training weer anders is. Ik merk dat ik snel sterker en fitter word.

I love the app so much, it’s so nice to have a program that’s made for your body and I can already see great results. However, yesterday the app crashed and I lost all my progress for the last 4 weeks is there any way I can get that back? And the app won’t open today.

The most amazing balance for moving your body, strength training but also calming yoga. Beautiful trainers, beautiful soul.
