Elevate by Rowen

Thanks to Rowan I am back to a 5 day sport routine every week! She has got the X-factor to keep you going. The music, effective short workouts and her amazing positive energy. You will not regret downloading this app!

Elevate is a platform that encourages movement to just feel good with no judgements. Rowen manages to perfectly encompass movement with spirituality, which is truly life changing! Her fun and positive attitude is inspiring and makes me look forward to moving on the mat each time:)

Energetic classes ! Very nice app to search and play the different classess. I really like the variation (from cycling to pilates) and now also gym sessions coming soon.

A lot of different classes and Rowen is the best instructor you can wish for (even from home). It is like if you are with her in one room while training.

There are a lot of fitness apps out there, but I would say Elevate is the best one I have tried! What sets it apart is Rowen herself, who is able to make it all so personal and really pops through the screen. It feels like I’m taking the class IRL with her. Highly recommend!

I love the variation of available classes and so far the bike rides are my fav! Also the pilates and Stre that workouts. The humor, advises and music keeps me pulled in. Thanks Rowen & team for the unending inspiration and motivation

Ik heb een abonnement genomen voor de Cycle lessen. Na verhuizing uit Amsterdam direct een SC2 gekocht (want een vertrouwde fiets zoals in de studio-lessen) en nu helemaal los op m’n zolderkamer in Amersfoort Vathorst

The different workouts, the energy, the flow and the positivity every workout is spreading is just amazing! 10/10 recommend this app. For beginners to advanced.

Ik adoreer Rowen, ze is niet alleen lief en super grappig maar geeft ook les als de beste. De app is super handig, je kunt gericht zoeken maar ook een weekschema volgen. Ook zijn er veel meditatie en informatieve filmpjes te vinden. Haar workouts zijn goed te volgen en de playlists maken je instant happy. Elevate zit helemaal verweven in mijn dagelijkse routine en zou niet meer anders willen!

I’ve been to a cycle class in Amsterdam which Rowen was teaching. Since that day I loved her workouts so much! I looked her up on instagram and found out she had her own platform with workouts. The energy, the vibe, everything, it’s so good! Would highly recommend.

Love the app. Love rowen! Wish i could select the workouts on length.. also wish there was more diversity in music. Enjoying the app though, using it for the bike rides!
