Box Breathe

Easy to use app which helps me to control my breathing and to take some relax moments or to focus.
Would have got 5 stars if the display of my iWatch didn’t turn off every round (or did I miss anything?)

Thank you Denys for creating such a well designed breathing app and updating it so regularly with well thought-through features. I love the choice of individual sounds and the volume regulated metronome! My only request would be to allow your app to run in the background / or with the screen turned off... so I can pocket my device and practice breathing while walking without worrying about triggering undesirable events (my other favorite breathing app does allow this). Wold love to hear back from you about whether this is possible!

Start with 4-4-4-4, slowly learn how you can direct your breathing the best way and then customize seconds and sounds. You can even make your own presets. I have one for walking, one for light meditation and one for working at my desk. This app is the best!

Is it possible to make the app say breathe in, hold, breathe out instead of a bell? 5 stars if this gets added. Would be cool if it worked in the background.

Works okay, but cannot set cycles on Watch, just goes on and on. Not seeing this show up in Apple Health, either.
