Bike GPX

Have had the paid version for a few years now, great app as I was looking for turn by turn navigation. I enjoyed the strava URL pasting option but at some point it has stopped working? Recently I am using an apple watch for heartrate sensor but the app doesnt connect unfortunately. Might have to give Cadence app a try as it seems more compatible.

I’ve been using it for a few years and I’m always surprised how good this app is. It can easily replace a bike computer when you have a smaller phone. Light, fast, energy efficient. Thank you!

Normally it’s a good app, but when the server is down (at this moment) the app is useless.

A really good bike navigation app!
Easily import any GPX file and makes each ride easy to navigate. Easy to share with your fellow riders; just Whatsapp them the link and all have the route on their phone. Love the alarm when approaching a sharp turn or when accidently going off route.
Great update with now climb data on screen.
What would be great:
* abillity to ride route other way around
* average speed since starting route
* ability to log speed data and upload to Strava

Great app, use it a lot, but crashes after the latest update, please help to fix this.

Good app although lately, when uploading a file to BikeGPX I get an Error “Server response could not be understood”.

I still don't feel like buying a Garmin or Wahoo, because whenever I look at them online i feel like I'm not going to get much that this Bike GPX app is does not offer.
There are some features that would be nice like; navigate back to rout, displaying average speed on one of the gauges or live Strava segments. But without will do too.
My review is based on a premium account.

Zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, veel beter dan de aangekochte apps waar ik achteraf weer spijt van had en m’n geld teruggevraagd heb.. mss tip voor een update.. de route laten beginnen waar je start en niet bij het beginpunt.. makkelijker om te zien wat je nog aan km en hoogtes moet op de route.. nu kan je dat alleen zien als je echt aan het begin van de route start.. verder top app..

Really good and easy to use app but what I really miss is average speed so please implement that in the next update please!

Prettig in gebruik en met duidelijke dikke rode lijn als je op de route zit, ook een geluidje als je bij een afslag komt, al zou dat wel wat harder mogen!
Ook GPX op je telefoon is kinderspel door via de site BikeGPX.com je gedownload GPX bestand naar het vakje op je scherm te slepen en met je telefoon de code te scannen, een paar tellen later staat je GPX route op je telefoon.

Deze app is absoluut mijn favoriet, terwijl ik er zoveel gekocht heb en getest, is deze gratis verreweg de beste
Even in verdiepen en je hebt een hele prettige navigatie duidelijke grote dikke rode lijn, die je moet volgen en die op de meter nauwkeurig is
Een kleine suggestie zou zijn dat je in route zowel links als rechts om zou moeten kunnen rijden verder top

This is by far the best and easiest to use bike navigation and computer app. Hands-down. It beats expensive monthly fee apps. Some things I would like to see as improvement:
- average speed
- integration with Strava. Now I keep strava running in the background which eats battery even faster.
- I have a lot of routes. I would like to be able to order them or put them in sections based on length.

I use this app with the wahoo tickr, it works perfectly! Navigation is simple and solid with the alarms for turns ahead.
One thing I miss though: displaying average speed. It must not be hard to implement

Bikegpx is clear on the route and you have it in front of you similar as with Google maps. As a plus it shows speed and other race biking required kpi's, app is easy to use.
Hope the developers keep up the good work. Hopefully they can improve secondary options like a route database / route builder based on frequent biked routes, and include climb profile overview of different all colls.

Excellent app for navigation during cycling trips. After lowering the screen brightness it works fine for many hours on iPhone X, can easily do 4 hours non-stop on one battery charge. And I don't have any issues with data consumption that other users report.
One problem! I can't import Strava routes any more. Worked fine until recently. Friends have the same issue on their phone. Hope this can be fixed.

Great app. Easy to use and the thick red line is easy to follow. Even with bright sunlight.
Would be great if it is possible to reverse gpx routes. Will that be developed soon?
And a link with Strava would make it perfect.

I’m using this app a few years now and it’s very great! Easy to add a gpx-file and the app is very user-friendly. Routes are easy to follow on the bike because there isn’t too much information on the screen, only the things you need to see.
The only thing I miss is the average speed.
