As a 6'9" guy (210cm) I've had a lot of benefit crom using this app. It helps strengthen my tummy and back muscles, relieving me from pain. And, working a desk job and all: it keeps my stomach flat as well, no small reward for the -say- seven minutes a day I put into it. I have one remark though: I could go without the overly musculat dude on the app icon. I'm a non homophobic heterosexual male, but in still hide the icon at the back of my phone, so nobody random will see it. As a graphic designer: just replace it with -say- a medical picture of ab muscles; it suits your rigour and to-the-point attitude of your app auch better. For short: great app, crappy icon.
