Vertaal-app: AI Translate

In general this app works need, but one of the recent updates introduced a “Translate” button. It replaces the “Send” or “Return” buttons. For some reading iOS always gives this translation app higher priority as keyboard in chat apps. As a result many of my English messages to my English only contacts are being translated to another language when I hut the “Send” button and there is no way to undo that, meaning that I have to type the message again. This is really annoying. The previous way of translating messages in chat was better. Please give us the option to choose whether we want that “Translate” button to replace the “Send” button or if we want the old arrow up button. For now I have turned off the keyboard feature of this app and cancelled my subscription, because it became useless to me.

100+ languages even cat and dog, except the one you need! No live translation for it, so becomes useless. For 7 euro per week? Please.

Je kan dus geen Nederlands kiezen als start taal voor het toetsenbord. Vreemd dat je de app dan aan nederlands sprekenden adverteerde op Instagram.

Best translator I ever had, many options of phrases for different topics, simple and efficient

Mij is beloofd dat het direct vertaald zou worden met een telefoon gesprek, maar hw werkt dus niwt

Eén week op vakantie geprobeerd. Internet was op vakantiebestemming matig, zoals op zoveel plekken in het buitenland. Hierdoor functioneert de vertaal app niet. M’n zeven euro was weggegooid geld.

Does a great job, I also like the 'presets' very much. Only 4 stars because there's no translation history.

Het vertalen leek goed. Alhoewel ik het niet kan controleren.
Ik zal het later aan een Thai vragen. Als dit werkt krijgt het programma van mij 5 sterren.

Er wordt een enorme hoeveelheid data van je verzameld en vervolgens moet je er nog voor betalen ook.

So this was advertised as use your own voice to translate and the outcome in another language would be my own voice. Well that doesn’t work. This is the same as google translate except the cat and dog part which is fake anyway. I tried the trial but immediately will cancel. Why pay so much for a copy paste app of google translate?

I purchased Ai Translation for translating spoken Thai. However, the program doesn't understand anything. Instead of providing a proper translation, it almost literally writes what I say in Thai into Dutch. So, it’s not a translation but a literal transcription of the Thai words into Dutch.

In de beschrijving van deze app staat dat het mogelijk is een gratis abonnement af te sluiten. Dit is niet waar! Echter wel een gratis proefversie van 3 dagen maar daarna wordt er gewoon 4,99 per week in rekening gebracht. Wat een achterlijk hoog bedrag voor zo’n app!

These types of apps should be offered for free, you should make them available to everyone, even for people who don't have much to spend

Eerst geld vragen en daarna blijkt dat ook deze app geen stem output geeft voor NL - Farsi. Echt kl… Waardeloos om achter te komen na mijn aankoop. Geen meerwaarde over gratis Google app maar wel geld vragen.

I got this app to translate spoken English and Swahili. I took a free trial but they took 20 dollars. Then l found out spoken Swahili is not supported only text. But l can do that for free with Google Translate. Also you have speak English as if you are speaking to a deaf foreign granny otherwise it mucks up completely.
